2 BIG SERVINGS ........... of just made Stew
prepared @ 11am then ~ slowly simmered for 3 hours ~
with
Yummy

Potatoes 2 Large Carrots & 2 Onions
A whole bag of Okra and whole large Marrow
topped with lots of tasty chicken stock
about 20 crushed cardamons - lots of chinese 5 spice & Thai seasoning
1 tsp of Maldon sea salt & white pepper ~
Each serving - Had with :-
Half a shredded long leaved **sweet lettuce**
and half a raw beetroot cut into wedges ~ using all the beetroot stems
and half a Dobbie's tasty tomato cut into wedges
Followed by :-
A thick slice of Tiger Bloomer bread
topped with a generous amount of Olivio spread
and a full tablespoon of **yum-yum Raspberry

jam**
and a white assam tea with one hermesetas
