A thick cut slice of a TASTY Rustic Seedy brown & moist **Sunflower Loaf ** [ Reduced to 30p / originally 90p ]
Had never seen or heard of such a loaf till last night at Morrisons

Topped this yummy bread with a spoonful of Philly cream cheese and a squeeze of light Salad Cream

( Have just prepped a full 28cm cerecraft pan of stew
can smell all the aromas already while it is on a low flame till about 2-30pm )

A big bowl of just cooked **** Beef butterbeany beetrooty onion carrot celery cardamon stylee
**** ~~ Seasoned Stew ~~ ****


At 11am today I put these "Rustically cut up" ingredients into my 28cm ceracraft pan
In this order :-

1 Tblspn Mazola corn oil
3 large white onions
2 large carrots
half a big bunch of celery
A whole raw beetroot
then sizzle - sealed
ALMOST A full pack of cut up marbled [ Morrison's ] British Braising Steak
[ this pack was = 0.410kg for £2-46 ]

[ Pets got about a third of it ~ when I was cutting it up with sharp scissors ]

Then Added = **** At least A very heaped Tsp EACH **** of :-
Garlic granules
White pepper
Maldon salt
Ground cumin
Moroccan spice
Chinese 5 spice
Cinnamon
And a Full Scharwtz flavour pot = Chicken Tikka seasoning [ only 9p at Morrison's ]
and 20 small cardamon pods

Also 3 heaped Tsps of :-
Corn flour
& 1 heaped Tsp of Coleman's mustard powder
ALL mixed >>>>>>>>> with some cold water

Also added :-
A good handful of defrosted Morrison's * Potato carrot & swede mash *
And a full standard sized can of Butterbeans
and half a tomato ~ from the fridge
A Full pack of **mixed sweet salad** - [ reduced to 9p / originally 99p for a TWIN Pack ]

AND Half an hour ago:-
I decided to put a Full flatpack of my OWN Frozen flatpacked meal
A Frozen** homemade Quorny & very spicy Bolognese butterbeany Okra Combo ** / 400g meal

Added enough hot water to come to the rim of the lidded pan

the Aromas have been quite lush since just after 11am

EACH one >>>>>>>>> Topped with :-
A FULL pack of Morrison's **Sweet n Crispy Salad**
[ Used the whole TWIN Pack ]
They have lots of long thin strips of carrot - red cabbage and lots of lettuce pieces

I drizzled both of the Salads with lots of my
**** Encona Sweet Thai Chilli - & Blue Dragon's Sticky Plum Sauce COMBO ****

8-40pm
Boiled up = 3 / broad ribbon pasta nests
with another portion of the stew
topped with another full pack of Raw sweet crunchy coleslaw cum salad
& half a tomato ~~~ in wedges on top

[ Remainder of the Butterbeany Beetrooty Spicy Stew
put in the fridge for tomorrow [ = more than half of the total I'd made today ]

Will be followed by:-
2 large Nectarines
and
my Crunchy Cornflake -yoghurt & fruit n nut mix Combo

with a half a tomato and a big scoop of nutty brown rice
All topped with a full 90g bag of wild rocket leaves
One of a TWIN pack
Then - All drizzled with my Sweet chilli plum sauce combo
and swirled with salad cream
[ Wild Rocket leaves Reduced to 9p ~~
Originally 99p for the 2 x 90g Twin Pack ]

A thick Toasted ****Salt n pepper Tiger Bloomer**** Fried Egg Sandwich
With a sizzled wedged up ---- full tomato
a whole bag of Wild Rocket salad leaves
with my usual chilli plum n salad sauces

With another Sunflower Loaf Sandwich
filled with chilled Philly cream cheese
& a bag of young baby salad leaves & MORE of my usual sauce Combos

1-30pm
A very big bowl filled ~high~ with :-

Half an Iceberg lettuce~ roughly chopped up
& A handful of chopped fresh mint leaves
"5 cucumber

Topped with :-
A fried Egg
A full - sliced tomato
cooked with a very big portion of defrosted **Potato Carrot & Swede Mash**
and half a packet [ 9p ].... of pre - boiled earlier - Instant noodles
ALL Topped with :-
My usual Sweet Chilli plum & salad cream Combo
