The last 10 Olives from a 400g / £3 Tub of Mediterranean Green n Black Olives
Some Jerk seasoning
With my 3 chilli + plum + salad cream Combo
On a big bed of chopped up Iceberg Lettuce and 5" of Cucumber

2-40pm
Celery Iceberg Cucumber Salad & lots of fine Carrot strips & 3 Chilli + plum Sauces
With the last piece of sliced up ~ steamed chicken breast

4-50pm
A Fried egg & tomato on A slice of Thawed out Bergen toast -
With a large sizzled peppercorn coated steakette
with The last of the Lettuce & the last of the Cucumber with swirled salad cream on top

Followed by :-
3 slices of Toast / Defrosted Seed n Grainy *Bergen* Sliced Loaf
topped with smooth tasty Lurpack and Morrison's own Yummy Raspberry Jam

9-45pm
A Bowl of my Cornflakes - with
A full Activia pot of fruity yoghurt and
a big handgrab of fruit & nut mix

on top of the last of the iceberg lettuce & 6" Cucumber -
with salad cream s&p & Sweet chilli - plum sauce combo

Followed by :-
Another toasted pitta filled with Lurpack & Raspberry Jam

A BIG Bowl of the remaining Pasta & Spicey Stew / from the Fridge
& A Sprinkle of Worcestershire Sauce
And A Very BIG Bowl of Mixed Salad
Iceberg lettuce cucumber red onion a tomato & 7 black olives & 3 sauce Combo

Walkers pulled pork and BBQ sauce crisps
