2 Iceberg Lettuce Tortilla Styley Ham Houmous & salad filled WRAPS

I Cut a New Iceberg lettuce in half >>>>> down the stem & core
I carefully removed the core and stem end >>>>>>>> from each half
in 2 fairly Shallow " V shaped wedges "

I then peeled away the first group of the Outer Leaves
to form a lettuce " cup shape "

this had enough leaves to divide and create
>>>>>>>>>>>>> 2 cups
using about 3 layers ---- of the intact ---- grouping of leaves

I filled each Lettuce cup shape with :-
A handgrab of beetroot bistro salad leaves
then :-
A heaped tablespoon of houmous dolloped onto each of these
then some tomato wedges
then several slices of carved ham placed on top
then some salad cream and a good crunching of black peppercorns
>>>>>>>>> Both Folded over like chubby Tortilla Wraps

These are always Very Filling Tasty and Satisfying combinations
especially when I try to reduce my bread intake

The first one will be folded over completely + munched
and when eaten will :-
Fold & Encase the second one for more munchage
