Monday = Same weight again
1-20pm A BIG bowl of * Defrosted assorted veg * Broccoli florets -small leaf spinach - mixed capsicums - 5 potato carrot swede mash croquettes A small cup full of just been hydrated Porcini Mushrooms & the strained Liqueur and some cornflour All drizzled with my sweet chilli sticky plum sauce Combo |

Nothing - just dropped my dinner on the floor.
 Bloody super hi-tech oven glove obviously has a weak spot, my thumb took a sharp burn. At least I know my reflexes are working okay judging by the speed at which I dropped my three Birds Eye southern fried chicken steaks on the grubby carpet. Last two in the oven, be careful this time. What a waste.

Some defrosted stew with lots of Broccoli florets tomato and white onion some Aunt Beesie's gravy with mint sauce added and my chilli combo sauces raw tomato and cucumber + s/c on the side |

Quite a bit of Steamed Hot chicken with cottage cheese cucumber tomato mint sauce and salad cream ........ all sprinkled with cajun spices followed by :- a bowl of cornflakes milk and fruit n nut mix |

We've just had the most gorgeous pork casserole, mashed potato and carrots - browned off a pack of pork medallions, cut into chunks, made up a sachet of colman's pork casserole mix, cooked slowly in the oven - it was melt in the mouth tender.
