and some for me

~ Then I had A Medium banana ~
& the end 2" piece divided up equally for the doggies

2 thick slices of Toasted wholemeal WW's bread
Each topped with Olivio spread and Raspberry jam

Greggs sausage roll.

A BIG !!!!!! bowl of the last of the > -Yummy- <
Coconut creamy Zero Noodley Assorted veg spicy *Plumrose** cubed Ham & Pork concoction
[ yum yum yummmm ]
Microwaved for 6 minutes with a whole top layer of defrosted runner beans
then the top all swirled with circles of Salad cream

with a side bowl of tasty saucy capsicums broccoli spinach and tomato

Corned beef roll

A big bowl of heated Hot Saucy Spinach broccoli & mixed capsicums
with a dollop of chilled houmous mixed with dolcetta blue vein cheese
and then topped with tomato wedges & a swirl of the sweet chilli combo sauce

9-15pm
4 Jacob's cream crackers
topped with olivio spread and 4 chunks of Dolcette blue vein soft cheese

A Large Sweet juicy Navel Orange [ 5 BIGGUNS for £1 at Morrisons this week ]

Followed by 2 slices o Toasted Brown Thick bread
spread with the last of the houmous
with a Sizzled in Olivio spread > 1 Fried egg - half a white Onion & half a Tomato
with a big squirt of Heinz Tomato sauce as it was all cooking
then Sea salt & lots of cracked black pepperage

2pm
A full sandwich bag = Full of Some Spicy Butterbeany Mega Veggie Stew Combo
[ Made on Monday afternoon ]

Also with a just made :- Frittata type of Spicy Veggie Omelette
Using An Egg some flour curry powder and various spices
with the last of the Defrosted Broccoli and Runner beans a small raw beetroot -
& ******half****** a white onion & tomato

Just begun watching Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff being interviewed on catch up tv
& Just received box of 14 **Zero Noodles** from Holland &Barretts

Having :-
A brown *Weight Watchers* sandwich with
sliced cucumber - dolcetta blue soft cheese - onion relish and salad cream

Two thick slices of crusty bread with Lurpak and runny strawberry jam

The Toasted Crust & the Last Slice of the Brown WW's loaf

folded over into 2 munchables .......... also with the last 5" of slice cucumber

With ...... 2 **cup shaped** outer leaves of the New Iceberg lettuce
Filled with :-
A big handgrab of carved ham & Sweet Chilli sauce on top
....... then ..... folded over and eaten like a chubby wrap

Half a carrot / julienned
Half a Tomato and white Onion / diced
2 long sprigs of fresh Mint / chopped up
All the long ruby stems from a raw Beetroot / cut finely
Then - ALL Swirled with Salad cream
