11-25am
Will be eating =Almost= the same as yesterday A VERY heaped big bowl of A Chunky Yummy Mega *Garden Pea* Salad Divided into 2 portions Using :- Half an Iceberg Lettuce - half a white Onion - half a raw Beetroot - half a Carrot 1 large Tomato -*- 5" of Cucumber -*- 5 stalks of Celery 2 Tblspns of chopped fresh Mint leaves A cup full of cold defrosted Garden Peas Then swirled with Salad cream ![]() The Salad =Also Topped with a mixed Dressing = put in a bottle = made from :- Chinese 5 spice & white pepper sprinkles 3 big blobs of Squeezed out = Branston's Onion Relish 1 heaped tblspn of Houmous & A Good swoosh of Red wine Vinegar Followed by :- Both halves of a toasted grainy topped bread bun each topped with the last of the Olivio spread and a very good amount of raspberry jam

12-10pm
Cooked a 2 litre jug of defrosted Vegetables in the fry pan Broccoli runner beans mashed potato croquettes garden peas with 1 Tomato & a slosh of worcestershire sauce - s&p [ having half now & half later on top of the big bowl of remaining chunky salad ] |

^A big Wide chunk of an " Ancient Grains , wheat sunflower & oat Loaf [ was £1-19 Reduced to 9p ]Cut in half and warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds topped with ***** melted ***** Mexicana cheese with a small salsa salad on the side of the plate ps .The spicy Mexicana cheese actually tastes far nicer unheated = *****cold***** |
