I Have Just been EXPERIMENTING With my **Nutribullet**
Firstly I Made A SMALL Rich YUMMY SWEET & tasty Smoothie
Using :-

2 Medjool - Dates
1 tsp linseeds
1 Big cup of Soya Milk
A hand grab of mixed nuts = Macadamia almonds brazil cashew hazelnuts & walnuts

AND ANOTHER Full tall tumbler = A LARGE **THICK** Smoothie
Using :-

1 tsp linseeds
Half an Avocado
1 Conference Pear
1 Medjool date
3 Briefly Soaked dried Apricots [ H&B's ]
1 Tblspn dried Cranberries [ H&B's ]
1 Tblspn Pistachio nuts
1 Tblspn of the *Mixed Nuts* >>>> mentioned ^^^^^ above
A TALL glass of Soya milk --------- and some extra water
Filled RIGHT UP to the Nutribullet MAXIMUM Mark ====== A LUSH Result

ALSO A Battered Fish >>>> on top of a large Mixed salad
Using :-

A full delicate curly lettuce [ Was 50p reduced to 15p ]
4" cucumber
half a red onion/ in half moons
half a tomato / in wedges
A Full Bird's Eye Battered Cod
A Big wedge of unwaxed Lemon ----> squeezed over everything
with lots of swirls of light Salad cream & White Pepper

Most of a BIG yummy Roast dinner off my friend
[ Have saved about 8 of the Roasties and 4 slices of beef and some gravy
>>>>>>>>>>>>>> to have tomorrow on top of a nice big salad ]
Having lots of Perfect Roasties tinned peas spinach creamy mash - carrot & turnip gravy 3 slices of beef - horseradish sauce
I made a small salad with
The last 4" of a cucumber - half a tomato - half a red onion & s/c

Followed by :-
An Activa creamy Fig Yoghurt
with the last of a small bag of Morrison's savers * Fruit & Nut mix *
mixed with a big handgrab of their Own brand crispy Cornflakes [ 31p for a 500g box ]

4 thick slices of a Big Bloomer Loaf [ Was £1.60 - Reduced to 9p ]
made into 2 very thick & big Sandwiches
Filled them with :-
The last of the wedge - of Mexicana Cheese
and 3 packs of the Walker's salt & vinegar crisps [ 6 pack was £1.65 - Reduced to 85p ]
also used the last of the Pro - Activ spread
and some houmous
