& a large carrot - cut into many thin coins
Lastly a FULL pack of [H&B's] Slim Noodles
I Added :-
Smoked paprika - ginger from a little jar - garlic & chilli powder - chilli flakes - black pepper - tomato paste
& Most of a pack of Rich Thick Smoked BBQ Sauce

Having
1 Bowl of this Hot Veggie Combo

Also with :-
1 Toasted slice of the Warburton's seeded loaf & Clotted cream butter
[ was 99p - Reduced to 45p ]
Topped with :-
1 Fried egg - half a white onion & half a tomato
Sizzled in pure coconut oil & a dab of clotted cream butter
On a little salad made from :-
Lettuce - 4" cucumber - half a tomato - red onion
With a Dressing made from :-
Equal amounts of the above ^^ BBQ Sauce & Salad cream

Another buttered toasted slice

Charlotte potatoes, some french chopped up sausages and sliced goat cheese all drizzled with balsamic vinegar, sprinkled with salt, pepper, Rosemary and all roasted together in a dish. Tastes great.

I Just got
A big thick 5" tall -heavy- round stack of ?pork?= luncheon meat
from the Deli -[ Was £1.99 Reduced to £1 ]
and 2 portions of Butchers quality meat balls in a thick BBQ Sauce
[ each pack were £2-99 - Reduced to £1-05 each ]

Just unpacked the shopping from the boot of the car - from last night
and now having a FULL TALL Nutribullet Tumbler of

They - were both originally £2 each - in the foil containers - I only paid £1.10 for the lot

A total of 18 golf ball sized balls - I am having 12 of them
and my pets shared the other 6 ]

Having 2 identical Bowls - The hot delicious sauce is enough to coat every leaf mmmm
