Another bowl of cabbage spicy noodle stir fry with a big plump signature hake & cheese fish cake with extra peas
with a lettuce tomato celery cuke salad & s,cream and a free range egg from Bangor / fried egg (just delivered) using e,virgin olive oil also a few more tomatoes chestnut mushroom & spring onions

followed by 2 heated apple doughnuts ( Reduced to 9p for a pack of 6 )

Another bowl of fresh fruit cut up ( all bargains from reduced section )
1 peach - 3 apricots then 10 lush cherries
topped with half a 150g of fresh thick natural yoghurt ( was 39p reduced to 9p)
with a sprinkle of caster sugar

Carved ham sandwich using some of a rustic coberg cob loaf (9p)
iceberg (9p) 3 organic tomatoes ( punnet 25p)
salad cream & white pepper
followed by 2 apple doughnuts ( 6 pack for 9p) warmed for 30 seconds in the microwave

late last night overload on calories with 4 bowls of a new cereal - strawberry crunch with white chocolate- had with lots of cornflakes too ( yumby )

While out had a mega lush hot chocolate drink
topped with thick cream and a stack of weeny marshmallows (free) at Dobbies

home having the remaining spicy noodley stir fry with extra celery and a 45p reduced potato leek creamy meal
followed by 3 big sandwiches made from Coberg cob loaf (9p)
filled with the 2nd pack of carved ham coleman's mustard and Mexicana cheese (reduced from £2.58 down to 45p )
& salad cream lettuce cherry tomatoes & cucumber

A big bowl of spicy ham chestnut mushroom spring onion spring greens and white onion (h&b's ) slim noodle carrot lots of sliced celery fresh red chilli ginger root stir fry with fresh ginger garlic ground corriander hot chilli powder paprika Chinese 5 spice white pepper salt and soy sauce and lots of sliced celery
with an egg fried in a pool of soy sauce
with a big iceberg and cucumber salad topped with pepper lemon juice & salad cream

And a cup of defrosted green garden peas was also in the stir fry
Ate half of the panful of stir fry so will eat the remaining amount later today

Had another big bowl of the ham mushroom spring green spicy stir fry with the last half of the potato leek meal (reduced to 45p) and another salad using celery - cucumber & salad cream

followed by a big bowl of reduced priced fruit
1 peach 3 apricots 10 cherries sprinkle of caster Sugar
and half a 150gpot of thick of natural yoghurt (got 6 pots all reduced to 9p )
with the last apple doughnut 6 pack -9p)
heated for 30 seconds and snipped in the fruit bowl into smaller chunks
