Today have had 2 mexicana cheese & cucumber sandwiches
2 bowls of spicy noodle stir fry topped with tomato & s/c
1 yummy roast dinner off my friend
1 big bowl of fresh fruit 1 peach- 3 apricots the last 10 cherrie with the last of the strawberry & white chocolate granola type cereal
with a whole 150g of thick plain yoghurt (9p)

I've actually just finished, but I had a boil-in-the-bag kipper with bread and butter for breakfast. First time I've had that in ages and it was lovely.

Half a spring green plant finely shredded and a cup of finely sliced celery then - fried with olive oil soy sauce white pepper hot chilli powder - ground ginger & Chinese 5 spice
with a fried egg from Bangor fried with some more soy sauce & 3 cherry tomatoes sliced into wedges
with 2 large slices of rustic sunflower loaf ( £1.30 reduced to 9p)

A mexicana cherry tomato celery mustard salad cream rustic sunflower cob loaf sandwich
with a mug of Punjana tea ( Packs of 80 Reduced to £1.50 this week at Morrisons ...... I bought 8 of the lovely Ruby red packs )

Made 2 sandwiches using the last of the 9p sunflower seeded rustic loaf
with mexicana cheese (was £2.58 reduced to 45p)
with lots of sliced celery cherry tomatoes coleman's squeezy mustard & salad creammm
watching CBB episodes from the weekend ....

A slim rice spring greens 1 carrot 1 onion chinesey flavoured concoction
followed by :-
A bowl of dry cornflakes with one peach - the last 2 apricots & half a 150g of thick natural yoghurt (9p)

2 more big bowls of spring green slim rice spicy concoction
with a full pack of slim noodles added
and extra tomatoes spring greens onions etc
heated up and each bowl then tipped with a big dollop of houmous in the centre

Been on the field with doggies & 2 kitties - Sooty girl & Tiggy Tiger for over an hour & a half (11-15 till 12 - 50)

Now having a navel orange followed by
2 big tiger loaf sandwiches each one filled with 2 rashers of bacon -a fried egg & white sizzled onions & cherry tomatoes and lots of white pepper
