Toast

I inadvertently picked up a HP filled sausage roll from Asda and it's blooming horrible.

The last 4 closed cup bargain mushrooms - chopped up
half a tomato - 4 spring onions - Big Squeeze of Heinz tomato sauce

When cooked then added a big portion of yummy "Bami Goreng" noodles [ Reduced from £2.99 to £2.39p ]
lastly I topped all this with :-
2 large free range eggs from Bangor in Wales
Sizzled in E-v Olive oil and Lurpak / 30% reduction ]

Had 30 defrosted sprouts
A cup of defrosted - mixed capsicums
the last of the first pack of Bami Goreng [ This Big Pack has lasted me 4 days ]
and half a 400g Spaghetti bolognese [ = 302 Calories ][ from Lidl [ 30% off - so only paid £1-04p ]
swirled with a big squeeze of salad cream ....... and horseradish sauce

Chocolate fingers

Used a lovely rustic white loaf [ was £1-30 - Reduced to 9p ]

Made 2 **very thick sandwiches**
filled -with lurpak - the last of the tub of houmous - a good amount of bargain cheddar cheese - new cucumber - new iceberg lettuce - s/c & horseradish sauce white pepper & salt

I cut 4 thick slices from a big white farmhouse loaf [ was £1-30 - Reduced to 9p ]
Made into 2 mega thick Fried Egg Sandwiches
each filled with half a tomato and a free range farm egg - sizzled in Lurpak &E-V-olive Oil
then a thick wedge of iceberg lettuce S& White Pepper & some Salad cream circles

Followed by :-
The last thick Farmhouse loaf crust - Toasted - and topped with
a big layer of Lurpak & 2 BIG spoons of Very chunky Ginger jammmmm
with a tall mug of white Assam tea

3 Thick slices of farmhouse loaf = Toasted
Each one was firstly topped with Lurpak then Chunky ginger jam
then used up the last of the big wedge of Cheddar Cheese
by adding 3 slices of cheddar cheese on top of each thick slice
of buttery jammy toast
with a tall mug of white assam tea

2 toasted slices each -topped with a Lurpak sizzled fried egg - a whole white onion and a red tomato

Followed by :-
The thick crust also Toasted & topped with Lurpak and chunky Ginger jam
with a tall mug of white Assam tea
