with a huge bowl of crunchy salad
a stack of celery iceberg lettuce a tomato lots of cucumber with swirls of salad cream

stacks of sliced celery cucumber and iceberg lettuce & tomato
topped with a mix of soy sauce salad cream & squeezy horseradish sauce [ Reduced to 25p ]

Followed by :-
JUST 1 Anthon Berg Luxury Chocolate bottled real quality Liqueur
= "Borghetti / Coffee Espresso " [ Beautifully boxed and prettily wrapped Pack of 16 were £12 - Reduced to £5 ]

Now Having A Medium but full bowl of cooked Very Mixed Veg
with slim Rice and slim Pasta & many spices !!!!

Veg = Lots of Frozen spinach - corn - peas - mixed capsicums - a raw carrot - lots of fresh celery & a big tomato
Spices = 1 FULL level Tsp of :-
garlic granules - garam masala - fenugreek - white pepper - nutmeg - ground coriander - cumin - chilli powder - ginger - smoked paprika - crushed jalapenos -&- mustard seeds & JUST **Half a Tsp** of - All spice

Lastly added :- The 2 full packs of Slim rice and pasta [ H&B's ] & bit of water & some soy sauce with 2 tsps of gravy granules

Will have a tall mug of Punjana white tea after eating

Toasted the thick Crust - and the next thick cut slice

Topped the Crust with Lurpak -
3 slices off a new big wedge of **Leicester cheese** [ M's - Reduced to about 99p ]
added lots of sliced cucumber and crunchy celery
- with some extra side salad on the plate too -
then all swirled with salad cream

Also Toasted A thick slice
topped this with Lurpak - then a big spoonful of the Lidl's **Chunky Ginger Jam**
lastly 3 slices of the yummy red cheese [ Reduced at Morrisons ]
followed by :-

But added a Extra quarter of a pack of defrosted colourful capsicums
and a third of a pack of defrosted runner beans
also added a tub of Veg Stock [ Pack of 4 - was 79p - Reduced to 39p ]
Had this heated up in a medium - but deep bowl
topped with a 70g small tub of caramelized onion houmous [ Bought last night
Was 39p - Reduced to 9p ]
While this was being heated up
I Nibbled on a few slices of ** Signature - Finely sliced Yorkshire Ham **
[ Was £2-20 - Reduced to 9p ]

Had the Cooked Veg etc
With another BIG bowl of just made Salad
Lots !!!! of crunchy sliced Celery
a yummy big Dobbie's / farmer's tomato
a big spoon of ?Lonsdale farm? thick Pineapple Cottage cheese [ Reduced to 9p - Got 2 last night ]
All sprinkled with lots of my freshly dried & chopped Mint leaves
a dash of soy sauce white pepper salt & s/c

Followed by :-
A tall mug of Punjana tea using some semi skimmed milk
in a weeny 250ml bottle [ Was 37p - Reduced to 9p - Got 2 of them last night ]
