Went over at 4-45pm to spend some time with Milo
Had cuppa & a sit - Watching TV then 5-15 had half an hour on the field with Milo
till almost dusk @ 6pm
Then took my 2 doggies onto the field & & Tigger Tiger till dark at 6-35 
then it rained
Then had 4 Slices of a Hovis 5 Seeded Loaf [ 9p ]
with the last of 3 tubs of the Layered cheese pasta salad [ Was £1-89 - Reduced to 45p ]
& The remainder of today's pan of **Spicy veggie chilli Stir Fry**
with a big spoon of Houmous on top & half a tomato

Then
Went to the kitchen and made 2 more - Thick TOASTED Slices
with 4 Slices of **Crunchy Red Leicester** = A New / BIG Block [ Was £3-59 - Reduced to 99p ]
Both Spread with Benecol - Vegemite & Half a white Onion finely sliced - with a Mug of Punjana Tea

Just eaten ALL This [ in 2 big bowls ]
The last [ 6th ] pack of #Signature minted Lush Veg [ was £2-50 - Reduced to 59p ]
with half a 300 bag of Cavolo Nero cabbage [ Was 99p - Reduced to 19p ]
and ALL the leafy 12" stem tops from a whole big bunch of celery
a white onion - 1 tomato - fresh ginger & garlic with 1 long Red chilli
Made a gravy & added 1 tablespoon of Coleman's horseradish sauce [ Reduced to 9p ]
& chinese 5 spice fenugreek and mixed herbs
Quickly Followed by :-
A single bag of Walker's salt & vinegar crisps [ 6 pack £1-50 - Reduced to 9p ]
AND the last deep choc chip Muffin [ 4 pack £1-00 - Reduced to 49p ]
