Dobbies @ 4-45pm
Had 1 large [ Free ] cappuchino and 1 choccy coated rice cake ============= 241 Calories
Got lots of bargains at Dobbies
Then walk for Rosie
Then @ 6pm went shopping @ Morrisons
- Got stacks of bargains -& Dog foods - & 4 x £5-85p Roasted chickens for just £2-49 each - earned 5-000 Extra Points
Also Used A £5 off Voucher & Was Given a £5 Voucher to spend
& Got A Free £2 Mixed Rose Bouquet
Then more - walkies for Rosie [ Almost 1 hour ]= 9-10pm till 10-05pm
Home at 10-15pm

Just had a delicious breakfast :- From Dobbie's

Half a 170g tub of Lush Tabouli Salad ............................................ [ Was £1-85 - I Paid £1-29 ]
Half a 220g tub of ** Delphi ** herby 3 Bean Salad .................... [ Was £1-75 - I Paid £1-22 ]
Half a 220g tub of ** Delphi ** Chick pea Salad ........................... [ Was £1-85 - I Paid £1-29 ]
Half a tub of large stuffed green olives ............................................. [ Was £2- I Paid £1 ]
Half a tub of soft cheese filled yellow squash ................................ [ Was 3-07 - I Paid 70% OFF ]
A tub of 2 lush onion filled - Roll Mops - ......................................... [ Was £1-06 - I Paid 50% less / 53p ]

[ Just some of the yummy foods I got - that were ALL Reduced from Dobbie's Deli Food Hall Chilled section Yesterday ]

Feeling headachey all last night and woke up with head banging hard since 5am
*also* began feeling ghastly & awfully nauseous too

Has only just eased very slightly .......... at 5-20pm

I Quickly Gave pets 2 packs [ 8 fishmonger's - All Salmon - / Oriental Burgers ]
[ Each pack Was £4 ===== £8 ===== I Paid Just ------ £1-98 ------ / 99p each pack ]
and Large 1.5kg piece of Turkey - [ I'd cooked this ] [ Was £4-50 - I Just Paid £1-25]
and 1 large meat & potato Buttery Pie [ Was 89p - I Paid 9p ]
I Also bought them :-
****4 Large**** Tasty Roasted chickens which were @£5-85 each - I paid £2-49 each ]

Just had my first food of the day [ had no other veggies here - to use ]
Made a stew with :-

A Half Kilo of Morrisons British Beef skirt ------------------ [ Was £4-33 - I Paid 1-49 ]
8 yummy Dobbie's Tomatoes
Lots of Potatoes
1 chunky can or Corn
1 tall standard can of garden Peas
# 2 portions of Knorr's - Peppercorn sauce -
few shakes of white Flour
With some red cabbage and some Cauliflour
