Half a big delicious Roast Dinner <<<<<< off my friend
Lots of Lush Rich gravy - dark green cabbage - fluffy mash - tasty carrot n turnip -Peas & Roasted meat & lots of ppperfect crispy fluffy Roasties
[ The plate was stacked & also had 2 yorkies filled with more gravy and peas
& There are lots of roasties still left for another salad roastie yummy meal later tonight


Put The first HALF of the meal top of another Full 100g bag of Sweet baby leaf Salad - [Was £1 - I paid 25p ]
with some more salad cream

@4-40pm Followed by :-
A big Deep bowl Full of Piping hot Apple crumble - covered in thick custard
[ reheated it ]
& now @4-45pm
about to sip my mug of # Fruity Berry Tea

SAME Weight AGAIN @7-30am - [ *1* -11 lb - 4 oz ] for the 4th day in a row
Very cold morning
Took Jilly to the vet @8am
Bought and Shortened new black jeans Then ironed them
Did some other sewing too on sewing machine & re-fitted 2 pairs of PJ Bottoms etc

ATE :-
Half a long french stick with kidney beans tomato - & tinned pink salmon & 2 mugs of white tea

Then Collected Jilly from Vets - I Arrived @3-30pm > 4-30pm
Then play with Rosie beside the building with her blue rubber toy
Also Got £30-*59 * Petrol & was given a £5 voucher

Then Went to Morrisons for 2 hours - Got 250 points x 4 using a Voucher

Got stacks of bargains in the chilled Meat & food section
Walked Rosie >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
@8pm Gave Carol a big bag of the nice clothes I'd told her about
Carol & Kenny cuddled ♥ Rosie & so did several other people
Talk of Solar Panels
Big walk for Rosie 12-746 Steps [ OMG DID just 6 more steps = 12-752 STEPS on 18th September with xx♥ Mike ♥xx

2 big tumblers of Robinsons orange juice
2 large Prime Rump steaks - [ Were £3.33 - I paid just 75p each / got about 8 Rumps ]
1 quarter pounder BBQ Burger - [ Pack 454g of 4 were £3 - I paid 99p / Got about 6 packs ]
1 clove garlic
1 medium tomato
About 8 florets of Broccoli sizzled in round cast iron pan with the steaks
S&P
with 1 long Baguette - [ Pack of 4 were 19 ]
Spread with :-
1 heaped tsp Coleman's Horseradish Sauce

Then 2 Yeo Valley Rhubarb & Custard heavenly pots Limited edition - [ 4 Pack was £1-74 - I paid 49p ]
with 2 mugs of white Assam tea each with 1 sweetex

While Watching The FABULOUS ♥Joan Rivers♥ interviewing various people in the UK On Ch 5

Tuesday - UP 2 lbs - [ *1* - 13 lb - 4 oz ]
Put Grey Bin out a- Then put 2 big deep clear food storage boxes
at bottom of both Ikea wooden Trolleys

Did a big batch of laundry & hung it all up

@12-40pm Had - Brekkie -
1 x 0.150kg large Best Rib eye Steak - [ Was £2-63 - I paid 99p last night @ Morrisons with many other Quality items / 5 packs of 4 Quarter pounders@99p@99p - 8 packs of rump@99p and 3 packs of liver@35p ]
with Garlic - [ 4 Big Bulbs in the bundle - Bought for just 9p ]
& S&P from 2 new canisters [ Low Sodium Salt & Ground Black Pepper ]
When cooked to perfection I Made it into 2 sandwiches
Using 4 thick slices of a nice Paprika Bloomer sliced loaf - [ Was £1 - I paid 19p ]

Then had :-
20 ml measuring container of Luxury Pud's Thick Custard - [ Was £1-29 - I Paid just 49p ]
2 mugs of Mug of white tea with 1 sweetex


Gave Kitties 3 packs of liver
cooked and cubed - [ Were £1-17 each - I paid 35p each pack ]

@1pm
Ellie came over and told me about - while I was out last night
2 teenage kids came into my front garden twice last night with their 2 dogs - who were taken to my front window - to jump up and frighten my kitties

@1-10pm - Just eaten :-

4 rice Cakes topped with Utterly Butterly - [ 1kg was £2-80 - I paid just 49p ]
& 4 tsps of a new jar of Morrison's Raspberry Jam [ - Yum !!!! ]
& a new mug of white tea & 1 sweetex
