Got lots of Food bargains On Friday Salads etc with Millie after getting Pets at home things -
On Saturday Night
Sis and I both ate the same choice of Chinese Dinner at her house Which I collected @11-30pm
A large Chinese Dinner [ From the Takeaway shop - which I walked and collected ]
a Large chicken in black bean sauce and 1 boiled rice /
1 big
bag of chips with Heinz tomato sauce / Prawn crackers / 1 buttered barm bread bun
2 mugs of white tea
1 can of diet Pepsi
Got stacks of food bargains [ Sunday ] yesterday @ Morrison's before closing time @4pm
After we went to feed the 5 horses then walking Rosie to the shore line
All I ate on Sunday [ Last night ] = was in the evening -

A full pack of raw King Prawns - [ 180g was £3-50 -
I paid just 99p ]
with 3/4 bag of spinach leaves - [ £1 - I paid 15p ]
3 Large slices of the carved Deli counter Wiltshire Ham - [ 295g Was £2-95 - I paid 59p ]
1 Meal pack of Morrison's Caesar Salad - [ Was £2-46 - paid just 49p ]L&P's
Hellman's mayo
4 slices of Onion Baked by us Bloomer sliced loaf - [ Was £1-47 - I paid just 9p ]
2 pots of delicious ** Naughty But Rice ** Puddings [ Were £1 each - I paid just 15p / Got 8 pots ]
2 mugs of white Sainsbury's be good to yourself - [ Off Sis ] **Assam tea **
& 2 big tumblers of cold orange squash before bed
[ Gave Pets 4 Deli bags of assorted Meats- [ 2 were £1-50 each I paid 25p per bag ]
2 bags were £2-62 - I apid 49p ]
And a pack of Fresh Minced Meat - [ Was £3 - I paid 99p ]

Monday I am Down 4 lbs - [ *1* - 13lbs ]
Before I go to sister's place again for the 3rd day
I ate Brekkie -:- @10am -
The last quarter of a bag of fresh spinach leaves [ ]
with I fried egg / 1 Tomato / 4 assorted straw / shiitake mushrooms
2 large slices of Carved Deli counter ham - [ Was £4 - I paid 49p ]
some hellman's mayo & lea and perrins sauce
1 white large yummy crusty bread bun [ 6 pack for 19p]
some Utterly Butterly - [ 1kg was £3 - I paid 49p ]
Then had another chubby lovely big bread bun
with more utterly butterly
and yummy lemon and lime roses marmalade
with 2 mugs of white Assam Tea
