Up 1 pound today

@3pm Got big yummy Sunday roast dinner off my friend
will save this for tonight ?
She asked me to look for a nice coat - on the internet - for their Milo xx

I then ate :-

A Weight Watcher's Chicken spinach tomato lasagne - [ Were £2-53 each - I paid 89p each / got 2 ] = 318 Calories
with 2 Large Signature stuffed Mushrooms - [ Each pair were £2 - I paid 99p / Got 3 pairs ]
added 1 Dobbie's Tomato - [ My regular purchase = A Big bag for £1 ]
and a mug of white Punjana tea

Then I went over with Rosie's smart coat to measure Milo
Their Black and white Staffie boy for a rainproof smart warm winter coat -
He wriggled about but eventually he tried Rosie's coat on for size and appearance
They liked the look and quality of the coat !!! !

I have now ordered his nice new coat
He is getting the same size as my Rosie Irish blue Staffie
[ ie :- 55cm back x 75cm chest ] [ Even though we measured him to be 70cm x 67cm ]
He Will be getting the same gorgeous coats as I have already bought here
for my 2 dogs and my sisters 2 dogs - since 2010
All in black and red with luminous tape -
Called ======= Trixie Avallon
These are the identical coats - now bought for ((((( ALL The Doggies )))))

A box of Milk Tray from one of Pound shops.

I noticed while in there that there were two different boxes of MT. One had 95g in it and the other had, I think 79g in it. More cases of them reducing what we get,
