Up 1 pound today
@3pm Got big yummy Sunday roast dinner off my friend will save this for tonight ? She asked me to look for a nice coat - on the internet - for their Milo xx I then ate :- A Weight Watcher's Chicken spinach tomato lasagne - [ Were £2-53 each - I paid 89p each / got 2 ] = 318 Calories with 2 Large Signature stuffed Mushrooms - [ Each pair were £2 - I paid 99p / Got 3 pairs ] added 1 Dobbie's Tomato - [ My regular purchase = A Big bag for £1 ] and a mug of white Punjana tea Then I went over with Rosie's smart coat to measure Milo Their Black and white Staffie boy for a rainproof smart warm winter coat - He wriggled about but eventually he tried Rosie's coat on for size and appearance They liked the look and quality of the coat !!! ! I have now ordered his nice new coat ![]() He is getting the same size as my Rosie Irish blue Staffie [ ie :- 55cm back x 75cm chest ] [ Even though we measured him to be 70cm x 67cm ]He Will be getting the same gorgeous coats as I have already bought here for my 2 ![]() dogs and my sisters 2 ![]() dogs - since 2010 All in black and red with luminous tape - Called ======= Trixie Avallon These are the identical coats - now bought for ((((( ALL The Doggies ))))) ![]() http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NTAwWDUwMA...WE90l/$_12.JPG |

Put the above Trixie Avallon red and black coat on Rosie ((
)) - for a nice cosy warm change xxxxThen had a massive desire to eat and eat and eat ![]() Started by eating :- half of the remaining Signature Chocolate Bavarian Cheesecake - [ Was £3-99 -- I paid £1-49p ] Then promptly ate :- ALL of the big delicious Sunday Roast dinner Reheated and added a big spoon each of my horseradish & mint sauce Then very promptly had :- 2 toasted Pitta breads - [ 9p ] filled with Nearly all of the remaining Alvis block of cheese - [ 89p ] with a tomato - 4" of cucumber salad cream & white pepper Then @ 6-45pm - decided to have :- The last BIG wedge of :- The Chocolate Bavarian Cheesecake with a fresh hot mug of white Punjana tea[ Watching Catch up TV ] Saturday's Strictly Come Dancing @ The Blackpool Tower Ballroom |

- Very Dull and Icy Cold Monday -
Rosie still wearing her smart & lovely black and red Trixie Avallon coat - In 2010 - I Bought 2 of these Fabulous coats for m my 2 ![]() darling doggies and 2 more for my Sis's 2 ![]() sweet doggies Rosie has just had fun over on the field ** Tugging the branches ** on the fallen treeand Then she had:- the first tin of a 12 / 400g pack of Butcher's ** lean and tasty ** dog food [ Was £6 & I Paid just £1-99 for this 12 pack / Got about 8 X these Turquoise 12 tin packs not too long ago ] @1pm -: I have Just eaten :- Almost half a 450g Multigrain Rustic Loaf - [ Was £1-67p - I paid 25p / Got 5 of them ] ============== Cut lengthways ============= With a Bangor free range Egg ....... off Roger ![]() Fried with :- Half a white onion 5 just picked large YUMMY cherry tomatoes off the Self seeded Big Flourishing plant behind me / in the front garden White pepper & a 9g sachet of Dobbie's salad cream Then had The long crust :- with pro activ & raspberry jam Then 3 of Morrison's slightly salted Rice Cakes = Yummy light & crunchyTopped with :- More pro activ & more raspberry jam with 2 mugs of white Punjana tea |

Just eaten :- 2 slices of a new pack of Pumpkin Ryvitas [ from # Approved Food ] with 4" cucumber / chopped up - 1 Dobbie's tomato white pepper - malt vinegar & salad cream & the last of the block of Alvis cheddar cheese [ 89p ] cut into 4 slices and another mug of white Punjana tea |

@6pm - A cold rotten rainy night -
Watching catch up TV - IACGMOOH from Sunday night [ Vicki and Fern on the high wire / blindfolded / food task ] Had 2 McCain's jacket potatoes topped with :- 2 portions of a Very BIG Wokky Combo Using :- 1 Whole Large bunch of celery 1 whole yellow capsicum [ big bag for 19p ] 1 signature garlic Cream cheese stuffed mushroom [ 200g Pair Were £2 - I paid 95p / Got 3 or 4 pairs ? ] 1 x Bangkok street food tub - Noodles chicken breasts in A Yummy Red thai satay sauce [ 250g - Was £2 - I paid 75p ] 1 200g pack of slim rice 1 200g pack of slim pasta 1 large white onion 1 Dobbie's tomato 1 big can of red kidney beans in Chilli Sauce ![]() 1 full can of mushy peas - [ 3 cans for 99p ] half a tub of Takeaway Sweet Chilli Sauce - [ Was 50p I paid 5p / Got about 6 tubs ] added some :- hot chilli powder - turmeric - white pepper & soy sauce Followed by :- a mug of white Punjana tea |

Just had another long slice of The Multigrain Rustic Loaf - [ Was £1-67p - I paid 25p / Got 5 of them ] with pro activ spread and raspberry jam Then :- the last 4 of the slightly salted rice cakes with pro activ & McKay's ginger & rhubarb preserve [£1] Then :- 2 big portions of the Whole roasted chicken - [ Was £5 - I paid £2-49p ] with some Morrison's savers salad cream and a mug of white Punjana tea |

I noticed while in there that there were two different boxes of MT. One had 95g in it and the other had, I think 79g in it. More cases of them reducing what we get, |
