Forgot to mention that for today's brekkie I also had :-
1 Signature stuffed Mushroom filled with garlic & cream cheese - [ Pair was £2 - I paid 99p / got 4 packs ]

PS = Late last night I ate almost a whole 600g Morrisons - Signature
Madagascan Vanilla New York Style Cheesecake =
............................ This Whole Cheesecake Had - 2-130 Calories


Was £4 - I paid just 99p / Got about 5 Assorted Signature Cheesecakes

Luckily --------- I am the SAME Weight again today - [ **1* - 4lbs ]

@4-05 Just finished eating ~ a roast chicken breast vegetable & mixed leaf salad ~
& Then :-
1/6th of a chilled very delicious Vanilla Signature Cheesecake
with a nice mug of white punjana tea
[ Was 600g for £4 - I paid just 99p / got about 5 of these Yummy Bargains ]

Used a whole Tasty Roasted chicken breast :-
from the Large rosemary n garlic chicken

- [ Was £5 - I paid £2-49 / Got 3 ]

Added :-
some of the cooked layered corn pea broccoli carrot salad
some heinz salad cream white pepper & soy sauce
with 2 full bags of Salad leaves
1 x 120g Spinach rocket - red n ruby chard - [ Was £1 - I paid 19p / Got maybe 5 of them ]
& 1 x 120g of Watercress spinach and rocket [ Was £1-47 - I paid 19p / Got maybe 4 of them ]

Then 1/6th of a chilled cheesecake with a mug of white Punjana tea

@8pm Just eaten :- A big tasty Chicken Salad - & 2 Jams on 2 Thick toasts & Tea

Using :-

The last of the Rosemary & Garlic Tasty Roasted Chicken
The 2nd breast - [ This Large whole chicken was £5 - I paid £2-49 / Got 3 ]

With another 120g bag of Spinach leafy salad - [ 19p ]
White pepper - Heinz S/C & Soy sauce

Then finished the Round Onion Boule Loaf - [ 19p ]
Cut in to 2 very Thick slices -
Toasted them - then topped with :-
The last in the small tub of Pro activ spread
& The last of the jar of McKay's Rhubarb 'n Ginger Preserve Jam
[ Was £1-50 - I paid £1 / Got several ? 8 jars ]
and 2nd thick toast topped with some of the Raspberry jam

[ Late last night ........@about 10pm ..... I Ate :-
2 toasted Pitta breads -- [ bag of 8? for 9p ]

Filled with :-

a 160g whole tub of Mixed Olives with cubed feta cheese = [ Was £1-60p - I paid 35p / Got 2 ]
Then added :-
The last of a tub of yummy Coleslaw - [ Was £1-60 - I paid just 5p ]
and then >>>> a good swirl of Heinz salad cream
with .................. a mug of tea

============================================

Today on Saturday - Got up late as was laying in & catching up with about 8 episodes of IACGMOOH -
@2-15pm :-

Using my handy plate sized Cast iron / Ridged Griddle pan
Firstly I Sizzled up a circular pat of butter
Then added :-
15 x sliced up plump closed mushrooms - [ BIG Bag of about 45 Mushrooms was £2 - I paid 45p ]
Then added a big scoop of the Layered Pot of mixed Vegetables
1 pot - was 310g of Corn peas shredded carrot & 2 broccoli florets
[ Each tub was £1-49p - I paid 19p / Got 5 pots ]
then made a circular space in the centre for :-
1 Large Duck Egg - [ 6 pack was £2-50 - I paid 65p ]

Put a whole 120g Bag of Spinach rocket red & ruby Chard leaves on a dinner plate
- [ Was £1 - I Paid 19p / Got about 6 of these Salads ]

Added
big swirls of Heinz salad cream
some white pepper - soy sauce & malt vinegar
Then put all the sizzled food on top mmmmmmmmmmm
and all drizzled with the remainder of a Takeaway tub of sweet chilli sauce
[ Was £1 - I paid 9p / Got about 8 tubs ]

Then A Toasted Bread bun >>>> with Raspberry Jam :-
1 poppy seed topped plaited speciality baker's bun
[ About 10 mixed bread buns for just 19p / Got about 9 bags of them
/ Each Artisan type bread bun is normally about 35p Each !!!!! ]
Split This one :-
Then toasted it & topped each half with a heaped Tsp of Morrisons Raspberry Jam
and a mug of white Punjana tea

Just saw the first person to leave the Jungle -
Right **Now** - I have just started watching the after show ...

Had a **Large** Nutribullet Smoothie
with :-
Tap water and >>>>>>>
1 small Banana --------------------------- [ Big bag of 10 for 45p ]
1 very large tasty sweet Pear ------- [ Bag of 10 for 45p ]
1 Small Crunchy Red Apple ------------- [ Bag of 10 for 39p ]
============================================

Then I sorted out //// ALL but one Chicken Breast >>>> For the pets :-
2 x large roasted tasty Chickens - [ Were £5 - I paid £2-49p each / Got 3 ]
[ I Also sorted a large Manx style fresh Kipper - [ Was £2 - I paid 39p ] for them too

@6-40pm
I had A Chicken breast salad
With :-

Another 120g bag of Spinach leaves & ruby chard - [ Paid 19p ]
with white pepper salad cream soy sauce malt vinegar

then a mug of white Punjana tea

Late Last night I had :-
The last pitta bread - [ 19p pack ] - Toasted it then :-
Filled it with some of the first new circular block of wood smoked cheese from Dobbie's

Was - 70% off - Paid about 35p / Got about 8 of them
With 6" of a new large cucumber and some Heinz salad cream

Then ate :-
Half a tin of baked beans heated with some Schwartz Curry Powder
with a split in half then toasted Ciabatta brown chubby artisan type bread bun
[ Big Bag of about 10 assorted rolls for 19p / each bun is normally 35p each ]
With :-
2 mugs of white tea

-----------------------------------------------------

Today is a VERY Strong gusty windy wet looking Sunday
Same weight as yesterday - [ **1* - 4 lbs ]

Had the same brekkie as yesterday morning

After having half a large Juicy Pear = [ Big Bag of 10 for 45p ]
whizzed up in the large tumbler of my **Newly Positioned Nutribullet **
[ Was on window ledge >>>>> now placed beside the Microwave ]

I Then made a yummy Brekkie
