Have just eaten Brekkie
A large brown granary gap / toasted / 6 pack was 25p
Filled with a fried egg
A slice of bacon / pack reduced to 45p
Heinz tomato sauce
With organic little gem lettuces / paid just 19p / got about 8 pairs
Tomato cucumber celery carrot s&p and light salad cream
Then a toasted Mexicana cheese sandwich
A pack of Velvet crunch / mature cheddar flavour
& A mug of tea
