Got the wrong day for the phone technician 
Didn't realise till 7-30pm grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
It is Monday when be will be coming
Was ready for his visit from 4pm grrrrrrrr right up till after 7pm
Busy afternoon - doing lots & another batch of laundry done etc
Rearranged a few things in the lounge
@5pm = my breakfast.
Was the same weight again this morning ( **1*-11-2 ) @ 8-30am
Had 2 potato ready meals while waiting 🍛🍛
Both with the last of the signature coleslaw

had 7 rice cakes with PB&J 🍝
@9pm
made up Custard to have with a hot wedge of the signature Red Velvet cake
from the freezer 🍰
Watching catch up of 2 episodes of Corrie - Simon at the police station
Cold night
's been out lots today with Rosie xx 🐕🐈 xx
.......... and saw that Tabbily was cosy up in the back bedroom this afternoon at 3pm

This ready meal Had been Defrosted
put this saucy tasty food on top of a very large Salad
A long organic gem lettuce / last of 9 pairs bought recently / were £1-50 a pair - I paid 19p for each pack
& some Carrot Cucumber Celery
Used freshly squeezed lemon juice lots of S/cream & my pre mixed s&p
Then Put a handgrab of very fine egg Thai noodles / snipped with my scissors
/ defrosted overnight / reduced to 25p a while ago
Then P/ tea
Sitting by armrest of sofa by the open window bbbrrrrrrrrr ☕ with my lime hoodie up
Watching the Saturday show / chat n cooking etc
Changed channel now - as showing very sad film footage 🐋

and homemade pearl barley veggie soup and 15 cubes of a can of corned beef
Just finished the Thiornton's Xmas selection The cute white dog
and the milk n white.choccy cone shaped tree /
Each full tray was Reduced to £1. / Got about 6 of them / this was the last one
Watching Columbo solve the case of a wealthy Commodore
who was murdered and made to look like it was an accident
at sea
