I made a meal using the 2nd Deli tub of Tuna salad on top of a big bowl of salad

Pets given some dinner in the sun room
washed the dishes
Then was Watching back in time for the weekend in the 70's / BBC 2

I then had an unexpected ** snack attack X 2 **
As I reached over to have the last 5 rice cakes in the pack

3 were eaten from a side plate
with :-
half a new can of red kidney beans in chilli sauce - [ Not had this brand before from B&M ]
& had the last of my home made very smooth houmous
and some sliced up red capsicum

A very big end chunk of Deli Ham from a new pack / for £3
with the last 2 rice cakes - Made into a ham rice cake sandwich
with more kidney beans and chilli sauce and yummy red capsicum
them a mug of white Punjana tea

Half an Artisan Round / Boule loaf - [ was £1 - I paid 9p ]
made into two very thick sandwiches
filled with 4 cherry tomatoes - lots of cucumber - nearly all the remaining tin of chilli kidney beans
about 6 big slices of carved ham

with a mug of white Punjana tea
