Got all shopping out from the car and hugged Milo
Then
read about tragic road death of a wonderful lady in Garston 😿 Sheila Harding / aged 70
💞 who lovingly helped all the timid and rescue animals 💞
for over 20 years >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 4 -5 imes every single week
till she was struck down by a car
as she and her husband had walked over the zebra crossing when a speeding car struck them some time after the red light was showing
They were both returning home late after Helping at the rescue centre -that Friday night - as they lovingly did - rain hail or shine - to love - soothe care and look after them

She sadly died on the Sunday - Her beloved husband Eddie has survived this tragic accident early in January this year / 2016
RIP Sheila Harding xxxxxx

===========================================
Have just eaten several bakery pies and pasties
Bought about 20 bags / pairs of each / all originally about £1-50
I Paid just 9p for each pair

Also ate one small tub of The coconut collaborative - mango and passion fruit yoghurt
Was £1-67 - I paid 9p last night @ Morrison's
/ bought 2 of this new product / which says it is gluten free and made with the milk from the coconut
Now @ 3-45pm about to drink a mug of white Punjana tea
