Sunday @10-30pm
Just finished eating a Thai green curry with basmati rice ( paid just 20p last night in Aintree / got 2 )
With a full Asda Oriental Capsicum Stir fry pack ( 320g was £1-50 - I paid 10p )
2 sliced of cherrywood smoked ham ( £3-40 - I paid 19p last night at Morrison's )
Half a 300g tub of creamy potato salad ( paid just 5p / got 2 )

Then had
Big chunk of spicy cornbread ( was £1 - I paid 10p )
with mash and gravy off the big Sunday roast off my friend

Then had
2 of Asda's doubled choc chip baker's cookies ( pack of 6 were £1-30 - I paid 30p )
With a nice hot mug of punjana tea

So far on This Sunny Monday 11th April 2016 - [ May be the same weight - **1* - 8 lb ]
Before taking my friend to Walton @12-30pm

I ate :-

2 of Asda's topside steaks with garlic and herbs Matured for 21 days
[ 380g pack with 2 steaks - Were £4 - I paid just 50p ]
Sizzled this on the griddle with 5 sweet on the vine cherry tomatoes =
Got 5 packs of them @I0p each - @Asda
With some Colcannon mash - 400g was £1-50 - I paid just 10p @ Asda on 9/4/16


Then walked Rosie in >>>> Walton and Saw some of the shops nearby
then Stephen gave her a nice fresh drink of water and some loving x
Emma came out and after a little chat we returned and went to Morrisons
Showed Ellie my 2 lovely outfits and shoes -
She said she would love to borrow and wear them on her next holiday

Got lots of [ 10 ] various meaty bargains there - for the pets
& 4 packs of Cathedral [8 x] sliced Mature mellow cheddar cheeses [ Were £1-94p - 4 packs reduced to @ 49p ]
and needed just 2 iceberg lettuces
Gave one pack of the cheese to Ellie
Ellie gave me £10 towards the petrol for the recent 2 trips to Walton and then back home

Then ate :-
A Yummy 400g ready meal - Asda Italian meatballs & Bucatini - [ was £3 ? I paid just 10p on Saturday ]

Then ate :-
The remainder of the very hot spicy Corn bread
with the last 4 slices of the cherrywood smoked ham
with 2 slices of the cathedral sliced cheese
with heinz salad cream
and as always a mug of white Punjana tea

Then ate :-
A double choc chip Cookie from the Bakery bag of 6 - [ Were £1 ? - I paid 30p ]
then one of the big lemon pancakes - [ got the pack of 4 for 25p ]
With a mug of white tea

Today I have Cooked up stacks of the meats from Asda -
including a Huge 1.43kg Bag of a whole Chicken in Tandori sauce
- For slow cooking - [ Was £7 - I paid JUST 50p ]
also cooked up
5 other bags of expensive tasty chicken
that I also got @9p for each bag recently - that had been put into the freezer ]

2 x 320g British thin cut Turkey - was £3 - got them for 9p
Fresh ideas Honey and Mustard chicken - 9p
Gave pets lots of chicken from the various Tandori chicken salads from Asda
from the good and balanced range - I got all of them for 20p

Last night - Monday 11th April - I ALSO Ate :-
2 juicy peaches [ Got 2 packs of 4 @ Asda @£2 - I paid 10p each pack ]
2 baps [ bags for 20p ]
with more Cathedral cheddar cheese n cherry wood ham slices [ big bag for 19p ]
Lots more various cooked chicken [ all reduced to about 9p or 10p ]

Overcast Tuesday - 12th April 2016 - It is ♥A/Bella's 90th Birthday today♥
Didn't bother getting weighed as I saw how much I weighed when I was fully dressed

Very Disheartened so I started the day eating >>>>>> :-

2 BIg Double choc chip cookies from Bakery bag from Asda on Saturday
with a mug of white Punjana tea

Then had
A 450g pack of Chef's Special Beef in black bean sauce -
[ Was £3 - I paid just 20p - got 2 ]
Added a 200g pack of Slim Pasta Spaghetti to the Wokky
Asn usual I had more tea afterwards

Then had
A Good and counted chicken courgette salad -
with some more of the Black bean beef mix [ 2nd pack ]
I had [/b]
A full pack of 12 Yummy Morrison's KING Scallops - sizzled on the griddle & S&P
[ King Scallops Were £4-26 -- I got 12 in the pack Reduced to £2-10p ]

Had these Yummy golden sizzled Scallops with
Some good n counted chicken courgette salad [ was ?£3 - I Paid 10p / got several ]
with 3 more intense and sweet cherry tomatoes [ Were £2 - I paid 10p - Got 5 packs ]

Then had
An Asda yummy bakery olive quality bread bun - [ big assorted bag for 10p / got 2 bags ]
with the last 2 slices of the 1st pack of Cathedral smooth cheddar cheese [ were got 4 @49p ]
with 3 of the yummy cherry tomatoes [ got 5 packs @10p ]
with some heinz 30% less fat Salad cream [ £1 - Got about 8 bottles ]

All the above followed with mugs of white Punjana tea - as usual

A sizzled fried egg from Bangor - [ delivered sometime on Saturday while I was out
The first eggs pack of 6 eggs I had delivered - by Roger ♥ since maybe mid February ]
had this on an olive bread bun [ Assorted bag for just 10p ]
with the last 3 sweet on the vine cherry tomatoes [ 10p / got 5 packs ]
then about to have another mug of white Punjana tea
