Last night - Thursday ordered a pair of Cork / Black ** Comfort Wedges ** for £19-19
Before bed I Ate :-
5 thick slices of the Bloomer Loaf [ 9p ]
with PB&Jammmmmm
with 2 mugs of white Punjana tea

===========================================

Overcast Friday @10am same weight again [ *1* -12lbs ]
@10-10am Rita and Albi arrived home together from few days in Holland

Firstly

Gave pets Almost a Full pack of 3 large Frying steaks [ Irish ]
[ 642g was £2-99 - I paid 50p @ Asda on Saturday ]

Cooked up :-
A Full pack of 480g of * Signature * Italian style meat balls with fennel -
[ Was £3-50 - I paid 99p on Monday afternoon 11/4/16 = After returning from Walton ]

Added :-
The last 3 *large* tomatoes
3 *Signature* Shallots
1 large Red Capsicum
[ @Asda - Saturday Southport party day = 9/4/16 The Big Bag of 6 for 10p ]
I also Added :-
2 x 200g packs of Slim Spaghetti noodles
S&P - turmeric - berbere spice - hot chili powder
Some French's New York Steakhouse Sauce
Lots of the Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

Eammon is back on This morning with Ruth
After recovering from his ** Double Hip Replacement Operation **
which was >>>>>>>>>> 10 weeks ago today

ATE :-
big bowl of the yummy spag bol brekkie

Then
made one Steak sandwich with Slim spaghetti tomato shallot & capsicum
with some of the frying steak - between some Bloomer Loaf [9p]

Then
made 2 - generous PB&J Sandwiches
with a mug of white Punjana tea

Then
just had a little play
with my adorable Rosie with her orange durable rubber ball

This afternoon I have eaten 8 more cut slices of a bloomer loaf (9p)
Made into 4 Yummy sandwiches
The last 2 slices of the Cathedral mature cheese (49p)
Meat balls ( pack was £3-20 - I paid just 99p
yummy slim spaghetti noodles with various sauces & spices red capsicum tomato shallots and Hellman's mayo
& 2 mugs of white punjana tea

Using kindle as lap top keeps fizzling out

Finished the meatballs and yummy noodles on top of a bowl of salad
With Hellman's mayo ( Big jar for just 90p)

Then had a large very thick crust / cut off an 800g wholegrain loaf (9p)
With another thick cut slice
Both toasted & Topped with lots of PB&J
With a mug of white punjana tea

Watching 2 EPs of Corrie / Gary caught with something outside the gym

Late last night I started on a large whole-grain rustic loaf [9p]
Cut off a very thick crust and thick slice - Both Toasted with plenty of PB&Jam
Then had :-
2 Very BIG Bowls of Cornflakes with milk and sprinkled 1 level tsp of caster sugar on top ================================

16/4/16 - Very Bright Sunny Saturday - UP 3LBS - - [ **1** - 1 - 1/4 ]
Watching the Wright Stuff - with Kim Woodburn
- She and her Hubby had put a bid on a [ ?Spanish ] holiday home
Must use several Vouchers today or tomorrow

@9-45am
Must crack down on the Calories !!!!!!

So I Had 1 pint of Strawberry jam with M&S Real squirty cream
and now about to have a mug of white punjana tea

I have Just enjoyed The last 6 of the Italian style Signature meat balls with fennel

[ Pack was £3-20 - I paid 99p ]

Which I'd sizzled and browned in the Wokky yesterday
Then added :-
2 x 200g Slim pasta Spaghetti
A Red capsicum - 3 Shallots & 4 tomatoes [ <<< all reduced items 10p & 9p ]

So just now I Cut the noodley saucy meatballs all in half
Put them cold >>>>> on top of a yummy bowl of just made Salad
:- big wedge of iceberg - red capsicum - cucumber & cherry tomato red onion Salad
with a big Dollop of Hellman's Mayo -
with more white pepper & lots more of the Blue Dragon Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

about to have a mug of white punjana tea now

Great news LI0N 130 - Congratulations x

I am not surprised - to have gone up this week - by about 7 pounds - -
and have just entered the next higher digits on the scales
So today I must start getting back to keep as close as possible the 1-200 cals each day
and not having
** so much bread - various cakey treats custard & PB&J & cheese **

All the bargains you get is worth the extra lbs Gooluck in your calorie countimg and the best excuse I use too, *remove temptation*

Went out at about 3pm With my Rosie x
Firstly I Got some new smart black trousers and 2 books
Brief chat with Kenny in the entrance
Used a £4 off Voucher - & - added 3-000 match n more points
Stocked up on 16 x tinned and 10 x dry cat food
My Bargains @Morrison's today were :-

6 Covent garden potato and leek soups [ Were £2 - In paid 29p each ]

Then went to Asda - got lots of Bargains
Lots of Breads - Cherry Scones - 8 Custard Doughnuts - lots of £2 boxes of sandwiches & wraps & bowls & bags of salads & 8 x coconut waters -
Big bag of 10 Lemons - Pack of 4 organic Lemons = 4 packs of Green runner beans - Bag of blueberries - Bag of fresh figs - etc
NEARLY ALL the BARGAINS WERE JUST 10p each

Also Got a boxed *Kate* dark green waterproof gel eyeliner was £6-98 - I paid £1-75
Got another number 6 Cupcake pink Lippy
& Pink Leopard fleece PJ Bottoms [ £6 - I paid just £3 ]
& 2 big pots of houmous
Paid £18 @ the till

In the car park while I put shopping in the car

I ATE : -

A salmon & cucumber sandwich [ £1 - I paid 10p ]
a Chicken Fajita wrap [ £2 - I paid 10p ]
a good and balanced smoky ham salad sandwich [ £2 - I paid 10p ]

When In got home @9-25pm
I unpacked everything

Then I ATE :-

Another Boxed Salmon and cucumber sandwich [ £1 - I paid 10p ]
Another good and balanced smoky ham salad sandwich [ £2 - I paid 10p ]
& The whole bag of 8 custard doughnuts - [ £1-50 - I paid 10p ]
and then a mug of white punjana tea

Last night [ Saturday ] - I went to bed after 2am
I also ate a large conference pear
======================================

17/6/16 - Bright Sunny Warm Sunday -
♥My Lovely Lenny ♥ slept on Navy fleece - alone in the kitchen all night
and - not - (((((( ♥♥ As always with his Kitty brother Leo ♥♥ ))))))
- He woke and washed himself @ 10-30am and is still there now - snoozing

We went out in the warm sunshine did a bit of flower / herb pot weeding
in the front garden
Then >> little chat with Rita's lovely lad
he arrived to finish their fab work on her porch etc

YAY = DOWN 3LBS -- [ **1* - 12 lb 1/4 oz ]

Came in and have Just Eaten :-


Another * Good & Balanced * Boxed Turkey cheese and coleslaw sandwich [ 350? cals ]
[ Was £2-50 - I got maybe 10 or More Boxed Assorted sani / wraps @ 10p each ]

Then I started a 500ml carton of Innocent Coconut Water [ 100 cals ]
[ I Got 7 Tetra pak's @ Asda last night -
They were £1-50 each - I Paid just 10p each
== £10-50 worth for just 70p == ]


@12=05pm I About to drink a mug of white Punjana tea
