@2-22pm Ellie rang to say Michael is bringing my dinner over
Bright warm and Sunny still
Rita Called over to me and then walked over to meet me
and thanked me for letting the boys use my water tap which she appreciated very much
She said that my hair was really lovely !!!!!!
Michael met us to give me my Sunday Roast dinner
and Little Lilly gave me my shopping trolley red sentimental heart token back


YAY When I Came in with my Yummy Roast -
♥ Lovely Little Lenny was on the arm rest to greet me
♥ ♥ with his adored brother Leo (((( ♥ ♥ ))))

I quickly Gave KEEN little LENNY the first pieces of roast beef n gravy
on the kitchen window ledge
He enjoyed that >>>>> then Lenny went and enjoyed sitting in the warm sun outside on the warm slabs having another relaxing wash

They are now both relaxing together in the sun room in the bright sun shining in on them
xxxx together ♥♥ again xxxx as always -since these 2 adorable
black n white babies were both born maybe in 2000 0r 2001
Took several piccies of them together - on my Lumix Camera xx

I reheated the Delicious meal for 5 minutes
Then I ATE :-
The Remainder of the BIG VERY yummy Perfect Roast Dinner
on top of a whole bag of A FABULOUS - [ A New Product ]
= Asda Spanish 180g Sliced Rainbow Chard Salad -
[ Was ? originally - Had been marked down 4 times to 5p last night @ maybe 8pm ]

I then added a BIG Dollop / more than 2 tblspns / of Hellman's creamy mayo [ 90p ] -
and some Blue dragon chili dipping sauce

I Then ate :-
3 more Asda boxed sandwiches -
Salmon and cucumber [ were £1-50 - down to 10p ]
& Then >> 2 MORE - Good n balance Turkey cheese n coleslaw [ £2-50 - I paid 10p /
I got quite a few last night ]
@3-30pm Now having a mug of white Punjana tea
Rosie is snoooooring to my left after helping me eat some of the above

@6-25 pm'ish on a still sunny Sunday
Just Had the last bit of the remaining roast dinner - 2 roast potatoes gravy and peas
with a big helping of the Porky Noodle capsicum shallot tomato meal
[ That I prepared yesterday before going out @3pm to the shops
made with the 225g - / 2 tasty marinaded chinese style - Pork Steaks
[ 2 steaks in the pack were £1-51 - I paid 49p@ Morrisons last week ]
sizzled them and then cut both into chunky strips
I had Then added 2 x 200g packs of slim pasta spaghetti
and several other things - tomatoes capsicums and shallots
& my recent flavourings -
including Blue Dragon - Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce, 2 Tbsp
[ and the other ingredients mentioned in my previous posts lately ]

I have then just added a full bag [ 1kg ] of Asda's Frozen Broccoli florets that I bought Last night
- Had lots of this - >> a very heaped plate full -

Then I got straight up and made :-

2 yummy heavily/ multi seeded brown bread buns -
[ pack of 8 were £2 - I paid 5p / Got lots of various breads al @5p or 10p last night ]
Both buns cut in half and both filled with a generous amount of CrunchyPB&RaspJ
With a nice mug of white Punjana tea

My Lovely little ♥Lenny♥ had some kitty food not long ago > when I fed them in the sunroom
& then he jumped up and sat in the kitchen for a while
on the cardboard box near the archway
then >>>>>♥>>>>> a little while ago @6-40'ish >> he has come over @ the litter tray
I think he has gone for a snooze instead

I can still see that the Sun still shining brightly on all the shrubs out in the back garden

I am still watching the same *first episode* of these 2 large and tall Twins -
who had just Celebrated their 23rd Birthday Party - with Pizzas and cakes
The brother was just weighed
He is 470lbs & the twin shorter sister weighs - 72 pounds less @398 lbs
and My Rosie is back near me - on the settee - & she is snoooooring loudly again

Last night was up till after 2am
I watched some USA 1-200 CALORIE menus on You Tube

One girl gave a GOOD TIP to work out how many calories you should be eating each day
She said that this works for her In order for her to keep to the ideal weight that she wants to be ..... or become

She simply adds a Zero to her ideal weight goal in Pounds
** Her ideal Weight in Pounds Then adds the Zero *

She will then eat this number of calories - each day -
This means that I could eat up to 1-400 calories each day and not just 1-200 cals

@9pm fed Lenny and others again in the kitchen
I had half a whopping big sesame seed topped Long thick bread stick [ 10p from Asda]

topped with several scoops from a New tub of Asda's Houmous
and 4 cherry tomatoes [ packs on the vine = I paid just 10p per pack / got 5 packs ]
then
A pint mug of Hartley's Strawberry sugar free Jelly
LI0N 130 let me know they are cheapest - @B&M
Basically half the normal supermarket prices ]
topped with
M&S squirty cream
then
2 Large Conference pears

topped up all our Hotties
Lenny is asleep now and snugged with his brother Leo on the settee with me xx
with the another loving pair of fluffy siblings a girl and a boy xx
and Still trying to watch this same blimmin episode

When I watch such programmes - I feel like I eat even more than usual
Especially if they show all the junk foods some people and families eat
It just makes me want to go out to my kitchen

I had great intentions this morning after being down 3 pounds
but ------------- as the day goes on -------------
the ** Mega munching gathers momentum !!!!! **

and this time yesterday I's just got home with my Asda and Morrison's bargains
and greeted by Lenny and Leo at the door
now about to have a mug of white Punjana tea

The new Black & Cork **Cushion Walk** wedges [ = £19-99 = They Were £10 cheaper than elsewhere ]
Tried them on for 5 minutes - They are ** So light and comfy !!!! **

He had a few drinks & A wee and a look around
Lenny also had a good look at the new wedges
Now he has got back on the couch and is snuggling in on the Fluffy Teal Blankie

- the new black kitty with a vet / shaved leg boldly came into the sunroom to greet Suzie xx
Up until Rosie suddenly decided - to dash over - as - was she -not- having visitors -

Just eaten 2 perfect poached eggs on Toast
Done the way GBBO Winner John Whaite did on his new show
with Rosemary Shrager last week - in just calmly rolling boiled water
Rosie had one egg - for herself

Had them perfectly poached on a thick [ Toasted ] slice of a large Artisan Baker's Loaf [ Was £1-50 - paid 9p ]
6 free range Eggs delivered while I was out on Saturday afternoon / and evening

Threw 4 x [ 9p ] large sliced loaves and 2 bags of buns - in the bin
as they had gone mouldy
Cut up 3 x 9p nice loaves = mixed with wild bird seed & some apples
for the birds
Then just made and ate :-
1 granary - seed topped bread bun [ pack for 10p ]
with houmous & some of a new long Cucumber
then will drink the mug of tea in a moment
