That's good of you@CC 👍

Just had another punet of them - Lemon Drizzle. I best continue the boxes every fortnight too, due to the high calories.. Almost 500kcal today on flapjacks alone . Enough calories remaining for dinner if I don't binge before then. 🐷

We all need to have treats - then *try* to avoid them ...... for a while

I do like to get lots of QUANTITY on my plate - for my CALS
I find it best to do the Calorie MFP Calculations - Before I EAT the foods
rather than AFTERwards
and adding the precise calories & if need be - weighing is * more accurate *

I have a problem with eating as far as :-
Whenever I eat something - it just makes me want to get up to ** get some more **
I rarely ever feel that nice full feeling -
and night time is when I have the urge to eat and eat and eat
even though I know Full well that the results on the scales would be so much better - if I stopped !!!!!! all that repeated eating !!!!!
Yesterday I ate little in the daytime - which enabled me to be more satisfied with a Bigger and more generous and Satisfying Dinner - at night

Hope you don't mind me asking you some questions :-
Do you try to keep to 1-200 cals or more ??
& do you repeat a **day's menu** the following day -
if it was satisfying and resulted in dropping some weight

Last night - I didn't eat anything else = me >
@8-30am today I am only Down 1 pound - [ **1* - 10 lb - 1/4 oz ]

Welldone on the self discipline yesterday 👍

I calculate MFP before eating, too

In the week I try and stick to within 1500 calories and at the weekend 1,000 which is enough for McDonalds (check calories online) on Sat and a small roast or curry on Sun. Something to keep motivated for. Quite often atm tho, if I go over the limit I think I've ruined the day anyway,so will go and eat whatever .

I usually have the same breakfast and lunch during the week which I calculate to be 600 calories, leaving 900 for dinner, I don't cook that so it's hard to calculate, but I guesstimate each forkful

Ive dome something right somewhere because I lost 3 stone since August but struggling on the final one. I've bought meal replacement drinks, (Yokobe, yuk..!!) Diet pills (XLS medical, Alli) no good. Counting calories and moving more is the only way.

No matter what I eat I never feel full, like you. And I'm always tired too which doesn't help the move more aspect

Anyway, good luck... You can do it

Just ate breakfast:
Arla Raspberry 20g protein yogurt (140kcal)

AND WOW - !!! -
Congratulations and Long may your Amazing disciplined work on the curbing of calories continue
Your breakfast - today > The Arla Raspberry Protein Yoghurt - has a good write up on Tesco's grocery page

Since last September
my weight has understandably krept up & up & up - to just over 1 Stone
due to knowingly & frequently eating too many sweet and bready foods
- Fortunately I rarely feel tired or lacking in any energy -

But at least we do keep getting back to
** Trying to ** - Aim to do more of the ** Right things ** each day
