On This damp Rainy nippy Monday [ with a few scattered rays of bright sunshine ]

I just decided to TOAST The whole slab of the Asda Bahji bread - YUM !!!!
[ Was £1-40 - I paid just 10p / Got 3 slabs when I was there on Saturday night on 16/4/16 ]
Then cut it into 1/3 rds [ intending to save the rest for another day maybe ]

Had one 3rd topped with a sizzled fried egg
& 2 sizzled rounds / rings of a Red Capsicum
each filled with a halved cherry tomato
with a little addition of quick pickled cukes -added to the plate
Using the last 5" of a cucumber -
Pickled for a few minutes in a Sistema mug containing
some Sarson's yummy malt vinegar - a sprinkle of caster sugar and a little bit of salt & white pepper -

ate this promptly !!!!!!!!!!
- then got straight up and made the other 2 - 3rds
Topped very generously with Crunchy PB&Raspberry Jam
with a nice hot mug of white Punjana tea

No more runner beans left - So I Added :- Frozen Spinach today
and the last little block of Danish Blue cheese [ 9p ]

@4-45pm :- I made a side plate of Salad using :-
a wedge from a new iceberg lettuce - shredded
a red capsicum - sliced up
1 Tblspn - dollop of Hellman's Light Mayo - [ Big jar Was £1-50 - Saw the price that I paid was 39p and not 90p / Probably got 3 ]
Had this salad sprinkled with Tikka seasoning and .......... :-
Half a Morrison's 320g Medium Defrosted Pork Pie [ Was £1-50 - I paid 9p - Got 4 ? of them on 9th March 2014 ]
Rosie had the other half

@5-15pm Just ate 8 of Morrison's **Slightly salty cracker Bites ** - [ Much Like Ritz crackers ]
Oblong Yellow Packet was 60p - I paid 29p / got maybe 6 packs in February ]
Topped each one with Hellman's light mayo - [ 39p ]
and sliced up 3 of Asda's *on the vine* Cherry tomatoes [ Were £2 a tray - I Paid just 10p /
Got 5 packs on :-
9th April @ Aintree on the way home with Rosie from The Party in Southport
Got a stacked to the brim Large trolley Filled !! with yummy & VERY expensive foods
Got the lot for JUST £7-20p as nearly Every item wes 10p or 20p ]
