Have run out of ALMOST ALL Fresh grown produce
apart from :-
Half a bunch of celery
Half a red Onion
10 or more large white onions
1 whole green Capsicum
Lots of Potatoes -
Lemons oranges and apples
3 full garlic bulbs ginger & lots of dried fresh chillies
& a 1/4 bag of Frozen Spinach / Balls

Just made a BIG wokky combo Using :- In This Order :-
All the celery [ half a bunch ]
2 peeled potatoes cut into chunks
1 large white onion
1 OXO Chicken stock cube
& ? 3 cups of water
Another 200g Slim *Penne* Pasta
a handgrab of Pearl Barley
a handgrab of Dried Soup Mix [ dried peas corn lentils etc etc etc ]
A Full 440g? can of Heinz 5 Beans / in a sauce
and very Lastly

5 minutes later @4-45pm it was all cooked -&- ready to eat

I have just had 2 big Bowls - of this ** Wokky Makeshift Beanie Penne celery spinach Meal **
topped with a new tub of Cottage Cheese - [ Was 90p - I paid 9p ]
& a mug of # 3 Berry Tea #
BTW This morning My Steak Penne & Salad brekkie was topped with a fried egg

There is Still enough of the beanie combo left in the Wokky for 2 more bowls

Rain stopped and has been BRIGHT and Sunny here and milder since about 2pm or 3pm
Cooked up the Sossies which I then gave to the kitties
with some other things
Kitties - in Sunroom snoozing etc - enjoying the sunshine
My Beauty Boy Suzie & Rosie are here - to my left on the settee - snoozing

Another 2 slices of Aldi Danish bread w/ 225g chicken breast🐔

Eaten a extra days worth of calories thanks to Graze pumpkin seeds,such a bad idea buying a 'share bag'... I didnt even realise 🐷😢. Added these calories onto Sat and Sun MFP days lol

Cooked up a pack of defrosted diced chicken breasts for the kitties to have this afternoon - [ 300g was £3 - I paid 75p ]
Gave them 4 tins of Princess Tuna which they enjoyed

I Was Busy & Rejigged things in the kitchen - moved Spiralizer & Big blue Creuset pan & Bits n Bobs on the 2 Ikea Trollies

@ 9-45am Beauty boy has just come in from a long lay in his Sunny grassy spot

@9-35am Have just eaten a nice Brekkie
made from the few fresh ingredients that I have left
A 200g Slim Penne Pork Chinese stir fry with Extra virgin Olive Oil Green Capsicum Red Onion S&P - Then ALL drizzled with the Blue Dragon dipping sauce

[ Chinese Pork cooked then cut into strips [ Pack of 2 big pieces were £4 - I paid 19p ]

I Firstly Sizzled 2 large Defrosted Chinese pork steaks on my circular cast iron griddle then added half the capsicum n onion then the rinsed and snipped up Slim Penne which gets nicely glossy and coloured in the pan

Then a mug of # 3 Berry Tea # using the last in the silver foil packet

The Sun has gone in now and it feels cold and looks very drab out there

Went out 2pm till 9-30pm [ Have done 7583 steps @ 11-50pm tonight ]
@2pm was ready to go out to Dobbie's to make use of this month 4 hot drinks - before they expired today
Passed Michael and Kai - asked if they wanted to come and share 3 of the Luxury Hot Chocolates topped with cream and marshmallows

We went and had those using my 2 new cards - sat out in the sun
Then had fun in the huge 50% Off Shed Section
and saw the poor fish in awful green slimy algae water
Told Dobbie's Fish experts who said - Only if they ASK for help to sort it out - they will help -

Dropped the boys home - Was out for 2 hours with them

Then >>>>>>>>>>>>> I went back to Morrison's
Got very Sad news at the Charity shop - The Lovely Mum had died
Got a lovely deep purple fleecy top

Then Got loads !!!!!!!!!! of Salad and Veg bargains - @ 19p
and stocked up on 11 kitty tinned foods
Then took Rosie for a long walk >> a complete sports field circuit in the sunshine

Then decided to check out the Asda in Widnes
The whole Motorway was under new construction
ended up in Runcorn
Got back to Asda - got STACKS OF BARGAINS most of them for -3p - 5p - & 10p
Got their £2 Tiger cat foods / 12
Got home 9-30pm unpacked car
put everything away - Luckily had space in the Freezer for lots of the Meat bargains

In car park @9-15pm - I Stood and Ate :-
A 350g pack of Chicken Pakora Selection = YUM with a mango chutney - [ The pack was Reduced to 30p ] - Rosie helped me

@11-15pm I ATE :-
a Protein Pot - Tuna and Egg and lots of assorted beans
[ Was £1-75 - I paid 5p / Got 6 of them ]

@11-30pm Then ATE :-
half a Fig Loaf - Yum [ Was £1-50 - I paid 3p !!! / Got 10 fab assorted Artisan Loaves @3p ]
Topped the 3 thick yummy moist fig loaf slices
with 3 Tblspns of New jar of Saver's peanut butter and
some McKay's [ £1 ] Rhubarb & Ginger Jam
with 2 mugs of white Punjana tea [ A New 160 tea - bag pack ]

Watching Catch up TV - The 2nd of Friday's Corrie where a fight breaks out in the pub
as Jason keeps losing his temper with people >>

Been pottering in in the kitchen since 9am - sorting out all the Salad Bargains
And moved Lamp base - Grey Granite Pestle & Mortar - replaced it with Chinese blue bowl from S/R
Pets all fed -- They like the £2 Tiger Canned Foods & it's 25p Cheaper than Morrison's
