Choccy Carole - I know they are all bargains but why buy so much food when you are trying to lose weight?
that Never helps! I am not being nasty I always look out for your posts and love them but having huge amounts of food when trying to lose weight doesn't make sense to me? |

(and your vitamins) I know exactly what you mean - Over eating is not great But I do always manage to then go down - those added pounds - soon afterwards I had deliberately not gone near the shops for 2 weeks - so I would not buy loads more bargains I hesitated before I went out shopping last Saturday - But I had to go and stock up on Pet foods & Fresh produce I intended to start making meals with the salads n veg & what I *already have* in my Big store cupboards & Chest Freezer I did so well in Morrison's as there was * hardly any * Meal bargains - I was very pleased to just get All my salad / veg bargains & pet foods But then I went to come home & at the last moment decided to drive straight on to Widnes - to see what this > Asda Store < was like BUT - I arrived at the chilled food aisle - at the exact time - That they were marking down all the fabulous meals etc - -Luckily I managed to put a third of the new Chilled food stuff into the freezer Since then I ate much more - than I should have - so all the new fridge foods did not spoil I will be back on track tomorrow - when I will start on things in the cupboards with the stacks of salads n veg I still have here [ & the remaining tempting rustic loaves I got for 3p ]Bye for now (( Shmisky xx )) @5-45pm - I have just Eaten :- A small simple salad using :- The other half of the Whole Curly lettuce [19p] 1 x 85g bag of Watercress [19p] 2 x cherry tomatoes [ Punnet for 19p] Heinz 30% less fat - Salad cream [£1] Some of a new 500g tub of Signature Extra Crunchy Thick cut Coleslaw [ was £1-62 - I paid 65p ] with one small brown finger bread bun [ Pack of 6 for 3p ] & A mug of white Punjana tea |

Pets all fed
Put bird food out on their feeding pole Filled up another Red velvet Hottie Then Had 1 pint of the Hartley's Orange Jelly with a bit of squirty cream Then @Dusk now @9-10pm - 3 x Carrots tomatoes & some houmous I have Just eaten 3 organic carrots [ Bag for 19p ] With a dollop of reduced fat Houmous a mug of white Punjana tea then 3 cherry tomatoes [ Punnet was 91p - I paid 19p ] Now Watching 4th ? Episode of Marcella on *my V/Media - liked & recorded Link programmes* PS - LI0N 130 I always find that those fabulous [ New Covent Garden ] = *NCG Soups* last for a long time - so long as they are kept refrigerated ........ and not opened When I got about 12 of the £2 soups @29p each - not long ago - on *their sell by date* They were ALL fine when I eventually finished them over 4 weeks later Mine were all in the fridge for well over 2 weeks before I even made a start on them and I then pretty well - had one each day - for the 12 days |
