@CC haha! That's such a good idea, YouTube videos. Must have a browse 😁. I'm sure you're doing well with the calorie burning anyway with walking your pets . & good luck.. We can all do it 🙌👍

Happy Birthday Terrence

MEGA Sunny & Hot - ALL DAY - on this Thursday [ 5/5/16 ]
Up before 8am - Same weight today - despite eating way too much yesterday including
A whole 4 pack of Yummy / Big Continental bread Rolls [ Were £1-90 - I paid 3p ]
filled with OVER half a jar of Peanut butter & Lots of Raspberry Jam last night

@8am on Thursday
Luckily I was the SAME WEIGHT this morning = [ **1* - 10 lbs - 1/2 oz ]

@10am this morning Friend came over & asked me to drive her somewhere /quite local
I had just unloaded all the kitty food from the car
We Left here at 10-30am
Took her to her Bank First
Then I went to check out her Lovely * Pink Blush * Perfume @ Next / Top shop
I also took Rosie for a Walk - in the shade - a few times while we were out
Then I suggested we went to have
A big Cream Scone each & a pot of tea for 2 @ Dobbie's

Then
while she went into Morrison's I got a fabulous Cotton top - Navy Blue with Deep Turquoise floral pattern

Chat with Collette re her and her sad loss of her Mum
Then I walked Rosie again
Friend got shopping to make A Spanish Omelette for their Dinner
Then I dropped her home - I drove straight back to shops
Sorted **Parking** / >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> in the shade for Rosie
Went & Got Pics done at Morrisons
Then walk for Rosie with her lime green rubber ball to the sports fields
2 Guys brought her a bowl of nice cold water Twice
>>>>>>>>>>>>> while I went and had a look at the Gym equipment
Unexpectedly - I Signed up for A YEAR - For the Gym & Swimming etc till **May the 4th** 2017

@5-05pm Came home - Then discovered I had lost my house Key
Went and Got my spare house key back off my Friend

35 mins later - @ 5-40pm - She brought me over
A BIG Yummy Quarter Wedge of ---------- It was all delish
** Spanish Omelette ** that she had just made
I quickly made a big bowl of salad to have with it -
Then had a nice mug of white Punjana tea

An hour later @6-40pm
I made another BIG Salad with A Gem lettuce - cuke - red capsicum - new pack of on the vine Plump tomatoes - [ reduced to 19p ]
A 220g John West Light Lunch [ 250 cals ]
Tuna Lime & cracked black pepper
with a very big dollop of Signature thick crunchy Coleslaw and Heinz Burger sauce
Followed by white Punjana tea

So far Today I have done 8-610 Steps today - on my Garmin Vivofit Pedometer

@ 11am Tomorrow - I am booked in - To go to my ** Gym Induction **
So hopefully I will be out and not eat too much again tomorrow
I may Also find my swimming costumes in the morning
and go swimming at Noon too

@CC try and avoid buying John west products especially their tuna as their methods of catching the fish also kill other sea life like rare turtles.
