Went to Bed @3am - Awake lots overnight
Friday 6/5/16 - Down 1 lb - [ **1* - 9lb ] Sunny hot hot day
Firstly got new navy swimming gear from upstairs
Dashed to the Gym - 11am Induction Appointment - / Gemma
Have been out since 10-50am - till 5pm this afternoon / So Far = 5474 Steps

After Gym went over to the GP's For Med Note
Made appointment for Monday 9-40am
Then to B&M - stocked up on 30 x Jellies & Sardines & 1 x 30ltr K/Litter
Parked by Matalan >>> got nice Sports gear 2 x Purple n Navy leggings
Then with Rosie >> to Next clearance " Light & Long " 2 x £2 tops
Then Charity shop - Got 2 more light & sheer Gym tops & 1 lovely Smart B&W top
@ Asda - Just in quickly and Got 2 x Blistex = Coloured Lipbalms
Big walk for Rosie >>>>>>>>>> to Each shop >>>> she waked into Poundstretcher
Then Drove her to the sports field for one circuit with her lime green rubber ball
Mega hot & grass so long
Rosie Had a long drink of fresh water from the guy at the gym again
Chat with Millie re her Bungalow friend's Big dog
------ & Mum may rehome her All White (( BooBoo Kitty ))
Then Collette came to my car with Michael to ask for a lift to Wallasey on 4pm ' ish Sunday afternoon

Came in & SO FAR today - All I have Eaten is :-
A Tin of Sardines in tomato sauce - on top of a large bowl of fresh Salad
1 Gem lettuce [ 19p ]
2 vine ripened tomatoes [ 5p ]
The last of the Tub of Signature thick & crunchy coleslaw - [ 65p ]
4 x small baby Chanterelle ? Carrots [ 5p ]
Then a pint of Hartley's Sugar free Strawberry Jelly with some squirty cream

Then 2 mugs of white Punjana tea

PS @Beecosy re her Message :-
@CC try and avoid buying John west products especially their tuna as their methods of catching the fish also kill other sea life like rare turtles.

I have just repeated the meal I had earlier
Put a tin of B&M's * Cucumber * Sardines in tomato sauce [ in the black box ]
1 Large Gem Lettuce - [ Pair Was £1-50 - I paid 19p / Got maybe 6 packs ]
2 vine ripened tomatoes [ 10p ]
A few * Chantenay * Baby carrots [ 500g was 68p - I paid 5p @Asda last Saturday ]
Also added - half a red onion
& A dressing [ 9p ]
I added :-
fresh lemon juice / from 1 lemon [ Big bag for 10p ]
white pepper & some saver's dried mixed herbs
Now having my Usual * tall silver thermal black handled mug * of white punjana tea

@11-55pm [ Friday ] = Last night = I Ate :-
3 more of the big vine ripened tomatoes
2 cocktail sticks of Dobbie's [ 2 Pairs ] of Silver Anchovies each wrapped around 2 green stuffed olives
& A slice of Rankin's stoneground wheaten Bread [ Chubby sliced Wrapped loaf Reduced to 3p / Got 2 loaves ]
Topped with PB&RaspJam
with a nice mug of white Punjana tea

Bright sunny pleasant Saturday - DOWN 1 pound - [ **1* - 8 lb - 1/4 oz]
- Awake @6am up by 8am - Been Constantly Busy till now
I Tried on ALL New / Combos / SETS of my Comfy
& Very cute looking GYM GEAR &
All in such lovely colours Gorgeous Purples Navies n Turquoise
& some patterns of Hearts Leopard and Butterflies
Took some **Sporty Selfies** [ ]
xx Fed pets xx
Sorted & Combined B&M's 30ltrs & Sains - New Kitty litters - etc
Swept rug in Sun room
Sorted & washed tins n stuff for household recycling - ready to take out later
Kitties so cute - having a snooze snuggled together -
& My Rosie is SSSzzznorrrrrrr- ing !!!! beside me
& Watching TV = Susan's Story in USA starting @ her 607 lb life

A Repeat of the meals I had Yesterday evening

1 full 120g tin of Sardines in tomato sauce / B&M's * Cucumber * [ a black box ]
1/4 of Large Organic Gem Lettuce - [ Pair Was £1-50 - I paid 19p / Got maybe 6 packs ]
The last 2 vine ripened tomatoes [ 10p ]
A few * Chantenay * Baby carrots [ 500g was 68p - I paid 5p @Asda last Saturday ]
Also added :-
Half a red onion
5" of a new long cucumber
1/3 of a new bunch of Celery
I also put some Heinz Burger Sauce - [ looks like prawn sauce ] [ 225g Was £1-57 - I paid £1-25 ]
& Some of A Morrison's 250ml Salad dressing / Lemon Chive n Basil & herbs
[ Was 84p - I paid 09p ]
I also added :-
All the Fresh lemon juice / from 1 lemon [ Big bag for 10p ]
white pepper & some saver's dried mixed herbs

Now having the second of my Usual * tall silver thermal black handled mug * of white punjana tea

Made up 2 pints of Jelly for later - an orange and a black currant

I've just eaten monk fish for the first time. Monk fish tail for £2.
Roasted it with potato salad and a poached egg. Nice but no way i would pay full price for it. Hake tastes better to me.

Another bowl of Salad topped with several things ['

4 Pairs of green stuffed olives - All Wrapped in a silvery Anchovy fillet
[ Bandorilles in olive oil from Dobbie's Deli ] [ 120g Tub was £2-10 - I paid 63p on 17th Feb 2016 ]
Salad made from :-
Half a Large organic gem lettuce [ Pair Was £1-50 - I paid 19p / Got maybe 6 packs ]
A cup full of Celery
Half a Red onion
3 cherry tomatoes from a new punnet
half a bunch of Asda's * fresh n fragrant * Curly Parsley [ 35g pack £1 - I paid 5p on 30/4/16 / Got 2 bags ]
Half a medium tin of Broad Beans [ 09p ]
A big Dollop of Saver's Cottage Cheese - [ 9p on 30/4/16 ]
The last in the bottle of Heinz Burger [ Prawn's Marie Rose coloured sauce ] - [ 225g Was £1-57 - I paid £1-25 ]
some saver's mixed dried herbs and some red Berbere spice

Then my usual mug of white Punjana tea

Sun has gone away for a little while - birds tweeting / Rosie zzzz sn----oring
Watching TV - The Secret - / I have Missed seeing the First episode
based on a true story - The man has just done the deed
Bright n Sunny again Now

Have just made up a pint of a NEW Jelly [ Hartley's twin sachets ]
where you add **your own flavouring**
I added all the juice from half an organic Lemon
[ 4 pack was £1 - I paid 5p @ Asda on 16th April ]
I added some [ 1 tblspn ? ] of Robinson's passion mango fruit squash - to add some colour -
& 1 Hermesetas sweetener just in case it is sour

1096 Steps ATM
