homemade wholemeal bread 2 slices with chicken mayo. Humus and side salad.
Eaten on a plate with knife and fork not a bowl - like the current trend.

@2-55 - Have just had a yummy fllling Lunch :-
Surprised that the hot sunny morning has gone and now it is Raining Loudly out there
I Just ATE :-
3 DIFFERENT groups of things in the Same bowl
Firstly I sizzled up on my Ridged Circular griddle pan
using that 1 calorie spray :-

1 x 200g pack of Eatwater slim PENNE - rinsed then snipped
With :-
half a red onion
1 -1/2 Big Breakfast mushrooms [ 250g packs of 8 was 71p / got 2 packs Yesterday ]
Lea n Perrins sauce
S&P
- when all cooked put into the bowl >>>>>>>>>>>>>> on one side

Then >>>>>>>>> cut off 6 thick Coins off the 19p whole MARROW
sprayed each one >>>>>>>>>>> - with the 1 calorie spray
when char marked - I then flipped each one over
& sprinkled some Slim Cup a soup powder on each marrow coin [ Used just half the packet of this Chicken n Leek soup powder ]

Then used some of new ** Stilton Cheese wedge ** [ Was £1-70 - I paid 10p ]
put a couple of thin slices OF STILTON on top of 3 of them
Then placed the other 3 marrow coins on top -

left this to cook on the hot griddle
till the bottom of each Marrow was Char marked
and the cheese was melting in the 3 sizzled ** Cheesey Marrow stacks **

While they were doing their thing
I made a Mini Iceberg cucumber red onion salad -
Then put it all in the >>>>>>>>>>>> other half of the bowl

Then :-
put the 3 Yummy cheesey char marked marrow stacks on top
Then :-
Cut up 3 cherry tomatoes Each into 4 wittle wedges and scattered them All on top
Added :-
some dried mixed herbs from a height
Then a big swirl of Hellman's Caesar Salad dressing [ 235mls was £1-46 - I paid 25p / got maybe 5 ]

Followed by a mug of white Punjana tea

I think this was ** My favourite Lunch this week **
>>>>>>>>>>>> and I will definitely be making this again !!!!
I am just loving The Marrow and the Penne and I always love the Salads n sauces of course

Topped with :-
Some of a NEW 2LT bottle of Asda's Milk
