Out 2pm till 10-30pm

Took Collete to TSB and Shopping
Went straight back out to Take Rosie for another walk
Till Just before 4pm - asked Staff - IF I had a cozzie in the car - could I go into the Pool - He Said yes
In Pool Area 4pm till 6pm
Went to Morrisons - stacks of Bargains


@11pm - I Ate :-
1 x Luxury Sandwich - 1/2 = White bread / egg n ham - 1/2 = Dark Wholemeal Cheese n Chutney [ Was £2-60 - I paid 45p ]
With >>>>>>>>
1 x Griddled 400g pack of Signature Assorted Sea foods -& Sauce
[ Was £4-50 - I paid just 99p ] = [ 250Cals ]

------------------ Thursday - Out 9-50am till 9-50pm ------------ Mega Hot day again
Down 2 lbs - [ **1* - 6 lbs ]


Eventually Saw Diane @10-30am - Collected form re:- = OK to start at Gym
Went for Induction @ Gym with Rob
Fitted me in @11 - used equipment till >>>>>>>>> 2pm
Burnt 50 calories on the Bike for 16 minutes Via >>>>>>>>>> A Paris Video
Do NOT like the ****cross trainer****
In Car Park I Ate :- 2 small bananas - 1 large Tangerine [ Bag of 8 for 19p ]
1 Sistema Mix n Shake Tumbler of water
Rosie had 2 walks - & 2 plays with her black Kongy - She had some cold water


Then @2pm Pool unavailable till 3pm
So Went to Dobbie's

-@Dobbie's Had a £1-75 Meal - in small bowl - to get 50 extra points
= courgettes soaked in olive oil - A small corn on the cob & flora -
Curly fries - tomato sauce -
1 Large Luxury Hot chocolate

Got Reduced 3 vegetarian haggis & 1 tub of Reduced price [ 45p ] Rollmops -
to get 2X50 = 100 more Points at the till

Lots of walks for Rosie in between ALL other things
4pm till 6pm - in Pool - Did maybe 14 lengths
Then To Morrisons - stacks !!!!!!! of bargains again !!!!!

On return Home @10pm unloaded car / Managed to squeeze lots of great meat bargains in the freezer

THURSDAY NIGHT - I Ate :-

1 x Griddled 240g Bag of Courgette Broccoli Green beans n Kale [ Was £1 - I paid 19p / Got 2 ]
1 lamb chop [ Single chop was £2-25p - I paid just 29p ]
6 cherry tomatoes [ punnet for 19p ]
Had A bite out of a few Pies n pasties and slices all were just 9p
Opened a Rankin's Soda bread Sliced loaf [ pack for just 9p ]
made into a sandwich with a fried egg and red onion and tomato sauce


------------ TODAY FRIDAY ---- Very Sunny Day - UP 2LBS - [ **1* - 8lb - 1/2 oz ] ----
@Noon Diane came just as I had gone out to snip some of my potted Rosemary to make A Dressing
She brought me The Booklet - to Record All My Meals & Drinks [ for 1 week ]
Then saw that Collette had left me a bag of her Rosemary on my gate - to use -
Made the dressing using Rosemary soaked in 50/50 Rapeseed & P/V Olive oil

Then I Ate :-
1 Disney child meal / from the freezer -
1 185g Sweet & Crunchy Salad - [ Twin pack Was £1 - I paid 75p ]

Then @2-45pm - I Ate :-
1/4 of a 350g pack of Signature Minted Jersey Royal Potatoes [ Was £1-50 - I paid 19p / Got 2 ]
1 Conference pear
1 large Tangerine - [ Bag of 8 for 19p ]
1 mug of Boiled water

Now: Arla protein passion fruit and mango. (Found 2 new flavours in a large ASDA, woohoo)

Dinner later today:
NCG classic chicken soup (@426kcal)
ASDA sweet potato noodles (@196kcal)

Within calorie limit for the day if I stick to this

4 cold - plain cooked chicken drumsticks - [ Bag of maybe 10 was £4 - I paid £1-99 on Wednesday night ]
with another bag of Microwaved Broccoli Courgette Green Beans & Kale
[ Was £1 - I paid 19p / Got 2 ]
1 x 200 pack of Eatwater slim Penne Pasta - drained snipped and griddled
With > Cut up the cabbage :-
Half a Spring green cabbage [ Were 90p - I got 3 Big bags for 19p each bag ]
Then drizzled in the bowl with some Hellman's Caesar salad dressing - [ 25p ]

Then a mug of plain boiled water

2 Cold Roast Beef Sandwiches with Lots of Coleman's Horseradish Sauce
& 3 big cherry tomatoes [ punnet for 19p ]
on 4 Thick slices of Rankin's Irish Soda bread [ Sliced Loaf Was £1 - I paid 9p ]

I Just Used 2 bags of Sliced Deli Beef
[ Brown bag was £3-90 - I paid 25p / Got 2 bags -
as well as about 10 other bags of sliced Deli - meats ]

A mug of white Punjana tea
