Moved 5:2 day until tomorrow now ... must have one day to look forward to

Bought a skipping rope today, no doubt I'll tangle it around myself and end up dangling from the washing line .

2 packs of 405g Diced Turkey Thighs - [ were £2-60 - I paid 75p / Got 2 ]
6 X 400g packs of Kidneys - [ were 83p - I paid 59p for each pack / Got 6 packs ]
400g Chicken Livers [ Were £1-22 - I paid 19p ]
& divided up 4 Corned Beef Slices - [ Were £1 - I paid 09p each / Got 14 mixed flavours ]

Sunday - Cold Night - Very Sunny then Dull patches - Same weight - [ **1* - 6 - 1/4 ]
Was looking for another ** Identical - Slazenger - swim suit ** last night on ebay
or Zoggs - in a size 16 -
My *One & Only* [New] Navy n Turquoise Slazenger is so comfy & looks nice on [ ]
It is better to have ** 2 sets at hand **
so one set of Gym n Swim garments n Towels have time to all be laundered after each visit

Just finished watching / I used to be fat / Maddy's [ 80lb loss ? ] Success
Now just started watching Obese with Chris Powell who is just meeting a young Mum / Ashley
Have only done 149 steps so far today

Caught up with 2 Episodes of USA Married Couple Ashley & Hubby double Success with Chris Powell and their Reward to visit Machu Picchu: in Peru

Now Watching 2nd episode of 49 yr old Mike Epstein's *Amazing* Year with Chris Powell's Obese 365 day show - [ He used to be a body builder and So far he has lost 220 lbs in just 9 months ] a he only had 10% body fat - less than Chris's @185lb
The Couple who have been married for 19 yrs - Just went on their reward Cruise - after his boxing match
Ended with them renewing their Wedding Vows on their 20th Anniversary
The Final 365 day weight loss = is on TV now
= He Started @417 lbs --------- & is now Down to ----- 196lbs
- A Great loss of 221 lbs
