Awake since 5-30am - SOOO Sunny
@11-30am we left to go to Wavertree swimming pool & gym this morning with Millie
as :- Michael & Sienna - not allowed to come - Woke Millie up @11-10am
Didn't take Rosie again
as no shade at that time of the day
I had Already Snipped down lots of brambles by the fence @9-30am with garden shears
then washing machine put on to wash all the wet swimming gear before leaving
and quickly hung outside in the sunshine
After we returned home @ 3pm >> to pick up Rosie
& carrots to feed the horses
Went to Morrison's and I got stack of meat bargains 21 of them were £3 - but I paid just 9p each -
- and
about 10 more expensive meat items for about 39p each
On return given another Roast dinner off my friend
Then >>>> Michael n Kai came in front paved garden for a chat for half an hour
Got KFC Chicken to eat with some Hot chips - on the farm - then fed horses
and walked Rosie

Hurt Left shoulder badly sometime at the Gym -
- and got a great big bruise on right forearm too when nearly fell off the circular balance board
