Just been out for half an hour having a Chat with Michael & his friend Kai
re:- most pools are shut tomorrow on the Monday Public Holiday
came in @8-15pm

@8-20pm
Have just finished the Roast dinner with orange pepper cucumber and tomatoes
Then >>>>> had 2 thick slices of an Artisan Cranberry loaf - [ Was £1-65 - I paid 19p / got 2 ]
with some orange peppers / orange plum tomatoes & cucumber
and the last slice of the Cherry wood Smoked Ham
about to have a mug of white tea

Still very sunny out there --

Public Holiday - Monday 30th May 2016 - OMG UP 1 Pound - [ **1* - 4lb - 1/4oz ]
Awake since 5-30am - SOOO Sunny
@11-30am we left to go to Wavertree swimming pool & gym this morning with Millie
as :- Michael & Sienna - not allowed to come - Woke Millie up @11-10am
Didn't take Rosie again as no shade at that time of the day
I had Already Snipped down lots of brambles by the fence @9-30am with garden shears
then washing machine put on to wash all the wet swimming gear before leaving
and quickly hung outside in the sunshine
After we returned home @ 3pm >> to pick up Rosie & carrots to feed the horses
Went to Morrison's and I got stack of meat bargains 21 of them were £3 - but I paid just 9p each - - and
about 10 more expensive meat items for about 39p each
On return given another Roast dinner off my friend
Then >>>> Michael n Kai came in front paved garden for a chat for half an hour

Got KFC Chicken to eat with some Hot chips - on the farm - then fed horses
and walked Rosie briefly
Hurt Left shoulder badly sometime at the Gym -- and got a great big bruise on right forearm too when nearly fell off the circular balance board

All day I Feel weak sick 'n ghastly
Up early to Sort Blue bins / with boxes and the Green bin with cut brambles
Cancelled visit to the Gym & Pool today with the kids
Sis Rang 9-15 till ? 3-15pm - caught up on lots
Sewed black evening outfit back seam >>>>>>>> for Ellie
Email to say 4 x Muddy Fox cycle shorts are now ready & Nike trainers for collection at Sport's Direct

Then gave Ellie her glam black outfit >>>> back to her

She said I sound awful - " cough cough splutter A---CHOOO !!!!!! sniffffff "
and that I should take some Lemsips for it
which I have just made for myself - too hot to go near it yet
