when Michael knocked @10am to see if we were going swimming
Arranged to leave here in 20 minutes

1 Duck egg sizzled in rosemary infused e/v olive and rapeseed oil
1 cherry tomato
half a yellow capsicum
wedge of iceberg lettuce
some Light salad cream
4" Chunk of a French stick
[ warmed for 20 seconds in the microwave ]
with 1 mug of white assam tea

- In Pool from 10-50am till 3pm
2 lanes only in use for the first 40 minutes
I had 20 mins in the wet room
Ted came in - I sat on chair as got too hot

Went to Dobbie's
Had a Large Luxury Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows

got a new Slazenger swimming costume / all on sale for £10-99

Got home @6pm
fed pets
snooze till 10

Had same brekkie as yesterday
5" french stick

iceberg lettuce
1 cherry tomato
half a green capsicum
salad cream
5" french stick [ warmed for 20 seconds in the microwave ]
then > 1 mug of white assam tea

Then went To pool 10-50am till 3pm with both kids & Rosie
Car park stacked with coaches cars & majorettes
Did lots of dunking up and right down at the 10 foot end
We all wore our new nose clips that I'd bought yesterday
Walked Rosie to sports fields with her black Kongy
Hot in the sun /b]

Then We went to Asda Got refund of £28 / on 4 Bras

I just had -:
The chicken burger meal - with fries & a latte

Then had a play with Rosie on the steep grassy slopes
Face plant video of me laying face down on the grass
We arrived home - @ 7pm
Chat with Jackie with (((( ♥ Gypsy & ♥ Fluffy darling sweet little Honey )))

Then given a big plate of Roast dinner > off my friend
Then came in and had :-

& new bottle of light salad cream
then a mug of white Assam tea

then just as posting previous post on here Michael came on his segway -@ about 8pm till 10pm

an hour Later Millie joined us
We all sat in front garden doing various music dance & lip syncing videos
@10pm I had a tumble just before they left - as I got dragged / pulled backwards & off balance by Michael on his mega speedy segway
OMG in multi pains in my left foot / left big toe in agony & stiff n swollen
- both shins banged hard - both knees too & all in big throbbing pains
Hobbled in & it it took me half an hour to hobble about and eventually sort my pet's dinners
OMG !!!!! Hope nothing got broken


10-40pm - I am now about to drink a mug of white assam tea
