^^ ** Wavey hand ** ^^ 🍌 🍌 ---- YAY !!!! Down 1 Pound again this Friday morning -
= [ *1* - 9 - 1/2 ] 8/7/16

Last night >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I was intending Trying out the ** Fasting for 16 hours **
between 8-30pm and 12-30pm / the next day

You can then eat during the next 8 hours
[ eg - Starting @ 12-30pm till 8-30pm ]
Apparently it allows the body to take care of that food - before you start to eat again

I heard about this yesterday from Beppe from East Enders on ITV

But >>>>>> Last night I did feel hungry and I did eat an apple @ about 10-30pm

Boots chicken tikka flatbread
Kings beef jerky
Aldi carrot soup (later)

Fanta Zero Fruit Twist. The zero calories mentioned on the can is an outright lie considering the nutritional facts reads 10kcal per can! Soon adds up if you drink a lot. (Googled It, If it's under 4kcal a 100ml EU law states it can be classed as energy free, but the calories still add up). Oh well, will stick to water then .

@CC congratulations on your hard work paying off 🎉🎊
