Kings beef jerky Aldi carrot soup (later) Fanta Zero Fruit Twist. The zero calories mentioned on the can is an outright lie considering the nutritional facts reads 10kcal per can! Soon adds up if you drink a lot. (Googled It, If it's under 4kcal a 100ml EU law states it can be classed as energy free, but the calories still add up ). Oh well, will stick to water then .@CC congratulations on your hard work paying off 🎉🎊
