Mended & Re jigged & washed A Blue ceramic moon faced wind chime from the sun room
Grey bin just been collected

to use the large plastic green dish for flower pots - as a lid / on top of the big bin in the sun room
&
Decided to Massage my injured foot / twice so far today

as it seems that the Talk Talk Installation person is due to come here tomorrow on 20th July

With a Salad - Using :-
The last of A Romaine lettuce [ pair for 19p ]
4" cucumber - 1/4 red onion - stick of celery
my pre mixed s&p with the last of the bottle of Morrison's light salad cream
some of a new bottle of Heinz salad cream - / 30% less fat - [ Reduced to 39p ]

Then ate :-
1 x Iceland crunchy Gala apple
and a mug of white Assam tea with 1 sweetener as usual

9am: Arla protein mango and passion fruit
12pm: eggs and soldiers
3pm: Nurtibullet - spinach, pineapple & super greens powder + Florida orange protein water

Left Foot and big toe area all still hurting badly

with the last of a jar of Coleman's mint sauce
and a big scoop of a new tub of houmous - [ reduced to 09p ]
& Heinz salad cream

Strawberry yoghurt

Lemon meringue pie with double cream

Fried egg sandwich

6pm pro2go chocolate orange bar
9pm chicken pieces w/ cubed sweet potato and salad
12am (well near enough ) protein water watermelon cooler

20th July 2016 Wednesday - another hot and sunny day

YAY !!!!!! Down 3lbs since yesterday morning - [ *1* - 7 lbs - 1/4 oz ]

Very Busy morning - measured the 2 windows & The porch / estimated / brick work

Have put ALL the Mantlepiece HEAVY stonework into the Skip
as well as an old black plastic Bin & it's rubber lid & other bits n pieces etc
- Was scorching HOT while I did all that = !!!!!!

Then Millie came here [ on the first day of her school holiday ]
She asked if we could going swimming today
Showed her all my Primark purchases from Sunday
& the few things to be taken back
[ She will come with me - when I go ]
Then she saw the " 2 Rubbish Porch Windows " in my back garden
Which cost me £350 & £30 delivery charge = £380
Will be finding better ones and returning these ones ASAP

Then Millie came just as I was about eat my Sizzled Griddled Marrow cheesy salad
Ate brekkie while we chatted in the scorching sun

We Will go swimming @ about 3-15 and get some cat food and salad items

Late Last night :- after our " HOTTEST DAY "
Chatted with Millie till 10pm
then >>>>>> I was very hungry so had 1 x stick of celery with 3 good deep dips in the tub of Houmous

Ate Breakfast at about 1 - 15pm on my front **Porchless** step Chatting with Millie

Ate :-
6 x Sizzled Griddle Marrow Coins & red onion
& The Last of the gingery Wensleydale cheese

With a BIG Bowl of Salad made from :-
A big wedge of shredded Iceberg lettuce
the last of the celery
1 tomato - 4" cucumber
more raw red onion & my must have >>>>>> salad cream
followed by my usual mug of white assam tea

Must get my swimming costume on now - as Millie will be here in about 2 minutes
