23rd July 2016 Saturday - Mixed weather - UP 1 Pound [ *1* - 8 lb - 1/4 oz ]

[ Last night I ate :- All this in a big bowl

Half a 300g bag of dark green Shredded cabbage [ 5p ]
1 tomato -
1 x 400g bag of Tasty Egg n Chicken Noodles
with mushrooms garlic ginger broccoli - [ Paid just 5p ]
I added :-
some tomato
bean sprouts
Real Covent Garden's Wild Mushroom soup - [ Paid just 29p - Got 8 tall tetra pack cartons ]
1 full pack of salted Cod - [ Paid just 50p ]

Then I Felt very drowsy but I decided to ring Sis - @ 6-30pm till just 8pm -
[ as she was expecting her Sainsbury's food delivery - at about that ^^^^^^^^ time ]

Chat with Millie on the Porch foundations - While I ate :-
2 cheese topped Paninis - [ pair for 25p ]
6 slices of dry cured Ham - [ Used 2 full packs - were £4 per pack - Paid just 10p / got about 5 packs ]
[ gave pets the remainder of these 2 packs ]
also added :-
half a red capsicum
some tomato & some heinz salad cream
followed by :-
2 mugs of white Assam tea [ got 2 boxes of Assam - while out today ]

[ She had a cool summery dress on and said her Mum over heard guys talking about my porch windows & the taped up electrics ]
& She told me why she had fallen out with Michael

Then Michael came again with a few of the girls - just as I was feeding the kitties -
Kitties enjoyed the layers of liver - minced meat - lots of dry cured Ham slices
& fish with dried & tinned cat food
Earlier in the evening - He came to asked if we could still go swimming [b]Today -

Saturday @ Noon - I have just eaten my Breakfast :-
The other half the 200g bag of dark green shredded cabbage - [ @5p / got a few packs @Asda on Thursday night ]
with half of Another Covent Garden Wild Mushroom Soup - [ @29p / Got 8 packs ]
2 cherry tomatoes - from of a new pack
More of the [ raw ] Beansprouts - [ 5p]

Followed by :-
1 x larger gala apple
& 1 x mug of white Assam tea

I am cooking up ALL THIS :-
In One BIG Red Sistema deep Casserole Dish
:-

A Big roll / joint of Lamb - [ was £6-60 -- I paid Just £1-50 ]
With :-
4 x BIG packs of Quality Steaks - [ were @£4 - I paid Just 50p each pack ]
1 x [ 400g ] full bag of peeled baby carrots [ 5p / got 2 bags ]
1 very large Spanish Onion
Half a pack of fresh Tarragon - [ paid 36p / Got 2 bags ]
Half a carton of Covent Garden wild mushroom soup - [ 29p ]
& added my pre mixed Salt & Pepper

Was about to bag up a large navy n white striped top to give away
But I then decided that while my sewing machine was out to adjust :-
the size - the sleeves and the neckline instead
I am wearing it now >>>>>>>> as it fits me perfectly

I Have just Cooked up ALL THIS :-

Half a big tub of Asda's Best for you Yummy Mashed Potato
topped with thickly grated cheese [ this Combo was just 5p ]

Heated up in a Sistema mug with :-
lots of new bag of shredded Spring greens

All topped with :-
3 cherry tomatoes - [ A new pack started today ]
A big swirl of Heinz Salad cream
& also began a New jar of Coleman's mint sauce
Now about to have a mug of white Assam tea
while watching BBC 1 's Athletics champion - Katerina
and now watching the Athletics - with Jennifer Ennis not doing too well
and the winner of that race - was the girl who just broke the world record

Now the Scottish 23 year old Laura Muir has just got the new British 3.57.48
who has now beaten Kelly Holmes's record

@7pm Just ate :-
A 450g Asda fish pie - - 480 calories -- [ 10p ]
A mug of shredded spring greens - [ 5p ]
The last of the bag of beansprouts - [ 5p ]
3 cherry tomatoes
Big swirl of heinz salad cream

Then :-
A mug of white Assam tea

Earlier used sewing machine to re size a nice new George/Moda fitted black & white dress
& reduced the waistband 1.5 inches each side on the new pair of Combat leggings I got in Garston yesterday

Then had a very long chat !!!!!! with my neighbour & Pretty Poppy girl ♥
while wearing the above mentioned comfy cute combat outfit
Roger came in his silver car with my eggs - owed him £4 - paiod £11 in advance
Mentioned the lovely place where he takes his 3 dogs @ Penry ? castle grounds near where he lives in Bangor
Then Millie came out - and said my clothes were the same as hers
Girls all out walking together with their pairs of ** baby ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollies **

Few days of binging, almost back in track

Arla protein mango and passion fruit
NYB red onion and chive begl w/ avacado oil spread

3 x Belvita choc chip biscuits
Blue Diamond honey roast almonds
Nestle Caramac buttons (couple)

ASDA root veg mash
ASDA chicken w/ noodles
ASDA cinnamon swirl

No extra calories earned, too hot to exercise

Overcast Cooler Sunday -24th July 2016- @8am UP Another Pound - [ *1* - 9 lb - 1/4 oz ]
Sorted metal kitchen trolley & all The *Hottie bottles* put into a small box

Need to make a start upstairs - & sort all the new bedding before tomorrow

Will firstly have a look at the map for :-
Penrhyn Castle where Roger from Bangor - - often takes his 3 doggies
=====================

Last night I ALSO ate :-
1 seeded rustic bread bun [ Pack of 4 buns for 5p ]
Filled with :-
1 Whole Braising steak - [ got several large packs / were @£3 -99 - I paid 25p each pack ]
2 cherry tomatoes
& salad cream
==================

@9am - Sunday's Breakfast was :-

A large piece of braised steak with 2 carrots & white onion
-: with :-
2 cherry tomatoes - 4" of a new Cucumber
1 Tsp spoon of Colman's mint sauce
2 mugs of white assam tea

@11am - Lunch today was :-
1 Large Banana - [ Huge heavy bag of maybe 15 bananas for just 5p ]
1 crunchy Gala apple from Iceland
1 mug of Strawberry Cranberry herbal drink
[ Got stacks of various large & small silvery foil packs
from * Approved Food * in April 2015 ]

BelVita chocolate chip biscuits (210kcal)
Arla Protein raspberry (140kcal)
Granny Smith small apple (60kcal)

190 calories left (excluding dinner)
If I exercise then 590 left. Must get moving 🏃🔥
Must avoid junk foods cause once I got the taste then there's no stopping me 🐷🐷🐷

Another Banana - after sorting the bag and removing the sections of the soft ones for the birds

Then had :- [ ooops @L130 - & thanks
Half the deep tub of * Asda's very Special * creamy Mash with Thickly grated cheese - [ 10p ]
with a wedge of a new Iceberg Lettuce
3 cherry tomatoes
with a mug of :-
the remainder of the carton of New covent garden wild mushroom soup - [ Were £1 - I paid 29p / got 8 of them ]
with :-
A rustic seeded Ciabatta type bread bun - [ cut in 2 then >>>>>> toasted ]

Then :-
1 mug of strawberry cranberry tea

This afternoon have been and done a bit upstairs
I have also eaten loads !!!!!!


Iceberg lettuce - Asda's Wyke cheese Mash - was £1-99 - I paid 10p ]
with 3 cherry tomatoes & a mug of tea

- then @2-55pm
had a new wedge of ginger Wensleydale cheese on a toasted seeded bread bun - with Iceberg cherry tomatoes and salad cream

- Then very busy - as I spent about 2 hours upstairs [ 4'ish ? till 6pm ]
- Took all the new bedding upstairs -
- Cleaned the windows & mirrors
Brought some other things downstairs
Brief chat with Millie while I was up there @ the top window - till Rosie came up to the bedroom
Vac not very effective
then washed several trays & bowls
and put bit of lino and the garden shelving in the skip

@About 6-30pm came downstairs & ATE :-
A whole Roast chicken dinner - [ Off my friend ]
Divided into 2 helpings - Each meal - with :-
the remainder of the iceberg lettuce
3 cherry tomatoes -
some of a new bunch of celery
& salad cream
