Eaten junk past week+ hence no (would be shameful) posts .

Arla Protein mango and passion fruit yogurt

2 x Protibrick w/ 200ml filtered semi skimmed milk + 16g Vitafibre powder

3 slices x Maddersons turkey bacon
2 eggs
100g spinach
1 slice > Hovis sunflower and pumpkin seed bread w/ Avacado spread

Tin of yellowfin tuna steak. Never eaten anything bar seaweed from the sea before thankfully it didn't taste like the pundgent smell you get from the entrance at Morrisons.
Must try sea maggots aka prawns next 🐟

Last Arla Protein passion fruit and mango. After watching Eat Well For Less I decided to go back to Skyr yogurt, still high protein but most importantly £4 p/w cheaper
