My last eye test was from Tesco, they were very good but the aftercare in the glasses was appauling. If you are happy with the Boots opticion would they give you a recommendation of where to find what you are looking for?
Good luck with the dentist too, sounds nasty.

Celeste is back, none the worse. When the swelling subsided it released the thorn/grass seed and she felt better immediately. They have kept an eye on her all day and she has started eating again.

Good news about Celeste.

Thanks for asking about my son nowhalla. He saw the consultant last week and he has been told he can now bear weight on it. I saw him a week ago and he was usig his iWalk rather than his crutches because he can do that hands free. I read on his FB that his cats tripped him up yesterday but he was OK. I’ll be seeing him again next week when we stay with him before he drives us to the airport.

Thankyou, it's lovely to have her back though I must confess that it was great to get on with some crafting this afternoon without having to fend off the "help"..

Gemo, I am so pleased that your son is recovering well!

It would have to be some bloody clear roads to get there in twenty minutes!
The journey only takes two hours and twenty minutes.

Quoting price and time from National Express site....

There are also very strict regulations about parking up a vehicle and sleeping in it.
Using the coach as a camper van could not possibly have been part of the plan, and even so, where were the toilets and changing facilities?
I am horrified that anyone could possibly find it acceptable.

Evening Dangermouse.

Plenty of oldies, during the day, they go dormant overnight.

I agree with you, i do the same, it seems soft to say what you think on first glance and then change your mind when you find out they are ok.

Excellent news, sounds as though she's pleased to be home.

Sounds as though he's progressing well - you really don't realise how much you need to be able to bear weight on both legs in order to do the most simple of tasks. Not being able to carry anything for more than a few inches is so restricting, I remember it well.

Hopefully this will all be properly investigated before the Games begin - sounds scandalous so far.

Evening guys - busy busy today - only just caught up with BB so far, I have a feeling that most of the women will annoy the hell out of me, so no change there

Far more excited about the fact that my daughter is back tomorrow for her Hen Not sure whether I mentioned that she's getting married in August

*waves madly at Honey* nice to see you again, hope you're OK.

Littsis I've had my last 3 or 4 pairs of specs from Specsavers, no complaints. They're also on the list of recommended clinicians for eye tests for diabetics - or maybe only some branches???
