Yes of course Joe.
In my area they have underground aquifers (aq·ui·fer
An underground bed or layer of permeable rock, sediment, or soil that yields water ) for our water supply and according to our water company they are still not filled up even with all the rain we have had this summer!

Joe if you are interested I have posted this link from my water company

http://www.veoliawater.co.uk/media/n...6-13,37123.htm

This was copied from the BBC news website:
South East Water, Sutton and East Surrey Water, Veolia Water Central and Veolia Water Southeast have confirmed their hosepipe bans remain in place due to low levels of groundwater.

They said they would continue to monitor the situation and keep the restrictions under review.

(Veolia Water Central is my water company)

(QUOTE From) Mike Pocock, Water Resources Manager of Veolia Water Central said: "Following the unusually dry weather we have experienced over the 24-month period prior to April this year, we will need prolonged and substantial rainfall over a longer period to recharge our aquifers and to move us out of a drought situation.
====================================================================================================
With the amount of rain we had in June & now into July the water table most be near normal now,,

Looks like the Last of the Summer Wine residents took a wrong turn and ended up in the wrong village.

I appear to have lost the web cams from my favorite list. Since I downloaded internet explorer 9, I can't seem to get them back.
Anyone got a link or any ideas?
Thanks
