What to do with duck eggs?! ?!
Have been given six duck eggs and they look huge?!
![]() I'm not a fan of rich foods but I suppose you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. ![]() Any suggestions as to how I can use them and what to expect from the taste?

They make great scrambled eggs- just tastes a bit richer but lovely colour. Or frittatas?

If you can't face eating them neat, use them in baking.
I sometimes make victoria sponge with duck eggs and it's very good. |

Fried, scrambled or poached are all good. Baking makes the cakes richer

Quack them into a pan and make an omelette.
