On last nights show they did show Shievonne running towards the double bed in the far corner and a few seconds later there was a shot of Lydia standing in that corner talking to Shievonne so they may share.

I don't know why they bother with the double beds,the floor did for the teen version and BB5,most likely be the toilet anyway for the Essex bird(think thats their favourite place at nightclubs)
