Rob is unlikely to get custody of a new born unless he can prove she is a danger to the child. I really felt for her when Anna was updating her on what was to happen - Helen may not like it but I cannot see how she can avoid granting Rob supervised access to Jack.

I think babies can only stay in prison with their mothers until they're 2, and a court might take the view that it would be better for a child to go straight to the parent that they're going to live with long-term.
