Grace's Father was a widower and he owned one half of the original Estate after the Squire sold up. Later he remarried and his second wife had one son Robin (Rob), so Grace's half-brother.

I think Rob F was a wine importer, he spent a lot of years in Kenya where the family had moved when they left Ambridge His affair with Elizabeth ended when he went back to his wife. The initial reason Jill disliked Robin was because he was Grace's half-brother (stirring up old jealousies maybe) and then later of course when she found out he was married and a 'philanderer.'

Will Rob pull the plug on the Tenby holiday at the Last minute? And will Henry suffer an injury because of the hate cricket ball?

Can see Rob is trying to coincide interesting things/events with Henry's weekends with Pat and Tony. He's trying to make Henry resent the arrangement.

Not sure what to make of that. I remember that at that age we played cricket in the street with old tennis balls. Most danger came from being shouted at by neighbours when retrieving the ball from their garden.

I think fredster may have wanted to say 'hard cricket ball' not 'hate cricket ball'. As you say children often play cricket with old tennis balls (or soft balls) but the real McCoy can be pretty lethal especially for a five year old who can often only just about catch a ball.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. The unsalubrious Shula is beginning to see that her inaction over the saboteur was but the start of Rob's true nature. Did Fallon over-hear? Will she tell Harrison?

I was shocked to hear Shula say she'd actually lied to the police about the incident with the sabateur - I thought she'd just been a bit economical with the truth

Would she get into awful trouble if she went to the police and told them the truth?

I hadn't thought that Fallon might have overheard Shula and Caroline, and could tell Harrison - let's hope she did and does.

The others have pointed you to where you can tune in Matthewrox. The challenging part might be getting the characters straight when you only have voices to go on. We can help you with the relationships. May I suggest you tune in and just let it burble for a while. Eventually you will be able to tell the characters apart. Well except for some of the new school of young characters played by identikit 'professional' actors. We are all struggling with them I think.

Oooohhhhh, the thought of Her Holiness Shula Hebden-Lloyd, the patron saint of sanctimonious twattery, getting into trouble for something juicy like conspiracy to pervert the course of justice is a joyous one!

I so hope she does. Helen gets out of jail and Shula goes in: how fab would that be?
