i could throw a wellie at the wireless when i hear susan. i loved it when carol put susan in her place calling her a horrobin. neil deserves either a blue peter badge, or the duke of edinburgh award for putting up with susan and her vile family.
![]() i think there is something a miss in the archers at the mo. can't get on with the new tony, along with the new clarrie, or should i say the original clarrie if you get my drift. not enjoying my visits to ambridge. The rare butterfly caveat was the last straw.... I mean how many times has the 'endangered wildlife' topic been used as a device in hundreds of plots and plays before? |

Trudging through the 'new road' plot doesn't help.

How bossy is that Vicky one? She's decided they're moving to Birmingham and it seems poor old Mike isn't getting a say. Doesn't Vic realise they'll cease to exist if they leave Ambridge?
![]() That local radio reporter was pretty fierce with Elizabeth, and what was all that asking about Roy? Has she sussed out Roy and Lizzie's secret or does she fancy Roy herself? According to Carol Tregorran he's handsome, though I've never imagined him to be.

Looks like Ruth is building up to having to go to Byker Grove to look after her mother, or maybe even have both grannies installed at Brookfield.
How will David cope if he hasn't got Ruth to have his road rage rants at? Will he get rid of the cows while she's gone? I think he's going to have some sort of breakdown. It's about his turn. |

Oooh eevaaaal! Let's go the whole hog - Peggy's other cat gets run over, Clarrie gives everyone noro-virus in a cheese pie, Adam tries it on with Charlie and gets kicked in the knackers, Pip comes back and has perfected her whiny voice, and Jennifer's kitchen falls down a sinkhole caused by fracking in Penny Hasset, leaving only an Aga lid and a portion of tiled wall behind!
![]() Apart from Peggy's cat that all sounds good to me ![]() Could Peggy be run over instead? |

I didn't recognise the voice at all.I'm sure I'm the last to find this but I'll post it it just in case: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/prof...cc9j3/whos-who It's just so weird putting a face to a name. 9 times out of 10 the face is WRONG ![]() Something that's been bothering me recently is Emma and Ed's perennial poverty. They moved in with Neil and Susan to save up and yet they still never have any money. They both work and aren't paying any rent I assume and yet Ed can't even afford to buy anything for Emma's birthday without resorting to heading to the pawn shop. How are they ever going to be able to afford to move out though Ed seems to think a couple of stints on the tractor for Adam and Emma baking cakes for Loxfest will sort them out.

Lillian and Lynda seem to be bonding over baby Mowgli
![]() Are Leonie and James winding them up I wonder? Nice to hear Eddie last week - he doesn't seem to have been on for ages. |

I'm not given to shouting at the radio, but I yelled "please make it stop!", towards the end of tonight's episode. If it hadn't been the last minute, I would have switched off.
I absolutely hate the way the show is going. I realise soaps have some unlikely storylines, but this & the whole Loxfest plot, along with numerous others is utterly ridiculous & unbelievable. |

Is Lizzie the ultimate tease? Yes we can, no we can't, oh, yes we can, no we can't. Roy can rest assured that this pattern will continue, with plenty of porking to come.

![]() ![]() Elizabeth was all - 'I feel the same, I love you...' - while she was still in the bedroom, but the minute the fresh hair hit her she realised it would have to be a beautiful one off. Well, two off really - think you're right and there could be more to come for Roy. Lizzie could get away with the same line a few more times ![]() Poor old Roy. Don't think he will be satisfied with dopey dullard Hayley now. And his dad may be upping sticks and leaving Ambridge

Mowgli. Mowgli?
![]() I'm sure that child won't get picked on.... or be forced to wear a loincloth on his 18th birthday, 21st birthday, stag night etc. That name's a gift that will keep giving. |
