To be fair Diamond they had been sitting for 5 days and had at least twice been excluded from court while procedure was hammered out. Once for the issue of the twit that twatted and once for appealling for Jess's evidence to be heard. The jury would have been sent to a jury room for that so would have had time to get to know eachj other a bit.

Rob now needs to
- be evicted from Blossom Hill
- have his job offer from Justin retracted. Nothing has been signed
- be hounded off the cricket team by the players
- be refused goods and service from Ambridge businesses

And these are the inceptive, mild sanctions.

They sought clarification from the judge and were advised that they could reach a 10-1 verdict. The foreman was asked: 'Have you reached verdicts on which at least ten of you are agreed?' so it's ambiguous as to whether it was 10-1 or unanimous for each count.

Tony also said something about 'if they find her not guilty on one count, they have to find her not guilty on the other' - I don't really understand how that could be the case otherwise what would be the point of the lesser count?

Absolutely. No point what so ever having two counts if one negates the other.

Now I figured out my problem with Poldark. Aiden is playing Ross Poldark in the style of Heathcliffe! The dope has read the wrong book.

He could have read The Adventures of Spot the Dog as far as I'm concerned..... he's broody, dreamy and yummy
