Dum tee dum tee dum tee dum, dum tee dum tee dum dum
Dum tee dum tee dum tee dum, dum tee tiddly deeee

I think Usha rented to Rob abd Jess when they came to the village. Jess was initially around if you remember. Wasn't there a dinner party of a house warming or something and a slightly tense encounter with Helen and Jess. Something to do with Helen being ther with Fallon or Emma and being mistaken for the catering staff? Although now I am thinking something similar happened with Lillian and Mrs Elliot.

Who, please, is Dominic? The one who told Alan about how awful a father Bruce was to Rob.

Wasn't Dominic Helen's solicitor? He was the one that came when she was first arrested and dealt with the case initially before Anna took over as Helen's barrister.
I think!

So is our dog. She always gets a Dentastix when we have morning coffee. Having associate "coffee" when uttered mid morning with getting a Dentastix she then worked out that The Archers theme Sunday morning also meant it was time for one. So, Dumteedumm o'clock on Sundays there is a salivating Labrador waiting for her treat!

So many in the village have been around there to see him already - they're so welcoming at Bridge Farm. Lovely family.
Jack did get a bit cranky but that's because he needed changing. But I bet you're the same when Ursula changes you! They've finally got Henry out of the habit of that funny name he was calling Jack.... 'Gibbon' or something? Daft I know, but little boys will have their quirks. Oh I am rambling on."

That sounds like like Susan Carter!

Anything you can do, I can do better. *

My son had a beautiful black doberman called Shadow. He died suddenly three weeks ago .
Anyway, of course, who was left with the dog when he went to school or found any excuse to be out?.........muggins of course.

Within a fairly short period of time, Shadow began to sing along quite quietly to The Archers theme but as time progressed he was in full on yelping mode. When I told the family what was happening at 2pm, they naturally thought I was going bonkers but I soon shut them up by getting an episode on-line.

It progressed from there to it becoming Shadow's party piece and my son downloaded the tune to his mobile phone so it could be performed any time/ any place.

Its a lovely memory to have of a gorgeous, big. black, shy, gentle and affectionate dog.

I've since read that it is not uncommon for dogs to do this but it was new to us.

RIP Shadow. xx

*of course I'm not being serious.
Yours is a lovely anecdote.

Its all true.

I'm not being serious was for the other poster as I started with 'anything you can do'. I didn't want her to think I was being rude with my comment.

My kids (5 and 8) when they are asked to hum a random tune always hum the Archers theme tune. Wonder why?

Never occurred to me. Sorry for your recent loss, it never gets any easier. Our Kim is 14 and is on borrowed time I think but still bright and always ready for a short walk.

Good old Kirsty

Sleazy Adam stuck in the pub and hahaha Joe and Bert discussing a gay relationship without batting an eyelid!

Oh the Archers .... no 'readjustment' needed after the high drama for me, I've nestled right back into the Archers I love

I missed Monday's show and nearly didn't listen last night because I hadn't caught up - so glad I did The Adam and Ian scene was great . I laughed all the way through it. Adam really hasn't got a leg to stand on - he's still only coming up with cheap excuses for cheating on lovely Ian.

The way he was tonight when he was talking to Kenton made me think he knows he can't come up with any justification at all for how he's behaved. What a shallow, sleazy person he is. I hope Ian doesn't have him back.

One thing I was wondering about - does Adam know that Ian found out about Adam's lapses months ago, not during the court case?

If Ian won't have him back he could always ask Usha if he could rent Blossom Hill Cottage after Rob has been evicted
